ՄԱԿ-ում քննարկվել է Թուրքիայում լրագրողների դրությունը

Միացյալ ազգերի կազմակերպության Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդի 33-րդ նստաշրջանի 4-րդ օրը քննարկվել է Թուրքիայում լրագրողների ծանր դրությունը: Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, տեղեկացնում է թուրքական demokrathaber լրատվականը:
Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդի նիստին մասնակցել են լրագրողներ եւ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության տարբեր կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, որոնք խստորեն քննադատել են Թուրքիայում լրագրողների նկատմամբ իշխանությունների կողմից իրականացվող ճնշումները, կոչ արել դադարեցնել դրանք:
Ներկայում թուրքական բանտերում արդեն ավելի քան 115 լրագրողներ կան: Թուրքիայում ձախողված ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձից հետո «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցության (AKP) կառավարությունը փակել է 130-ից ավելի ԶԼՄ, այդ թվում` 3 լրատվական գործակալություն, 16 հեռուստակայան, 23 ռադիոկայան, 46 թերթ, 15 հանդես եւ 29 հրատարակչություն:
Բացի այդ հուլիսի 15-ից հետո թուրքական իշխանությունները «գյուլենականներին» հարելու մեղադրանքով երկրի պետական եւ մասնավոր ոլորտներում շարունակական ձերբակալություններ են կատարում:
