Բաղրամյան պողոտայից բերման ենթարկված քաղաքացիներն ազատ են արձակվել: Այս մասին Բաղրամյան պողոտայում ցուցարարներին հայտնեց Երևանի փոխոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիխյանը: Նա նաև նշեց, որ բերման ենթարկված անչափահասին ոստիկաները կփոխանցեն ծնողներին:

Վալերի Օսիպյանը  ցուցարարներին հորդորեց փողոցը փակելու փորձեր չանել՝ ընդգծելով, որ նրանց հավաքն էլ անօրինական է: Նա շեշտեց, որ ցուցարարները կարող են մնալ Բաղրամյան պողոտայում, սակայն փողոցը փակելու որևէ փորձ ոստիկանությունը չի հանդուրժելու:

Ավելի վաղ Երևանի փոխոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանը Երևանի Բաղրամյան պողոտայումլրագրողների հետ զրույցում անդրադարձել էր սեպտեմբերի 1-ին «Ոչ թալանին»նախաձեռնության ցուցարաների կողմից պողոտան փակելու փորձերին և ոստիկաններինկատմամբ նրանց գործողություններին: Նրա խոսքով`եթե որևէ մեկը կրկին փորձի փողոցփակել, բերման կենթարկվի ոստիկանության կողմից: 

«Մենք տևական ժամանակբացատրում ենք, որ չի կարելի կարգ խախտել: Մենք ասել ենք, որ ընդունում ենք ձերպայքարը. պայքարեք, սակայն գործեք օրենքի շրջանակներում: Նրանցգործողությունններում որևէ բան չկա, որ օրինական լինի, իսկ ոստիկանությւնըգործել է օրենքի շրջանակներում,- շեշտել էր Օսիպյանը:

Նա հավելել էր, որ քաղաքացիները բերման են ենթարկվել այն պատճառով, որ քարեր են նետելոստիկանների վրա, փորձել են փողոց փակել, հայհոյել են ոստիկաններին: Երևանիփոխոստիկանապետը նշեց, որ ցուցարարները ցանկանում են ոստիկանների հետ բախումսադրել:

Ոստիկանությունը Բաղրամյան պողոտայից 3 քաղաքացիների է բերման ենթարկելհասարակական կարգը խախտելու համար: Բերման ենթարկվածների մեջ է նաև «Ոչ թալանին»նախաձեռնության անդամ Մաքսիմ Սարգսյանը:

Ոստիկանությունը նրանց բերման է ենթարկել այն պահին, երբ կրկին փորձում էին փակելփողոցը: Ոստիկանությունը շարունակում է վերահսկել իրավիճակը Բաղրամյան պողոտայում:
