ՌԴ ԱԳՆ. Մոսկվան ցավում է Վաշինգտոնի ապակառուցողական եւ անհասկանալի դիրքորոշման համար

Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն ափսոսանք է հայտնել ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի արտակարգ նիստում ԱՄՆ-ի ապակառուցողական եւ անհասկանալի դիրքորոշման առիթով:
«Սեպտեմբերի 17-ին ԱՄՆ-ի գիտությամբ միջազգային հակաահաբեկչական կոալիցիայի ռազմական օդանավերը, որոնք Սիրիայի օդային տարածք են մտել Իրաքի կողմից, հարվածներ են հասցրել Դեր Զորի շրջանում սիրիական կառավարական զորքերի դիրքերի ուղղությամբ, ինչի հետեւանքով ավելի քան 60 սիրիացի զինծառայող է զոհվել, 100-ից ավելի վիրավոր կա:
Մոսկվան խորապես անհանգստացած է տեղի ունեցածի առիթով: Ամերիկյան գործընկերներին կոչ ենք անում մանրամասն հետաքննություն անցկացնել եւ քայլեր ձեռնարկել՝ այսուհետ նման միջադեպերը հուսալիորեն բացառելու համար: Այդ կապակցությամբ ափսոսանք ենք հայտնում ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի արտակարգ նիստում ԱՄՆ-ի ապակառուցողական եւ անհասկանալի դիրքորոշման առիթով: Ամերիկայի ներկայացուցիչները ոչ միայն չկարողացան համարժեք բացատրություններ տալ տեղի ունեցածի առիթով, այլեւ փորձեցին ամեն ինչ գլխիվայր շրջել:
Կատարվածը դիտարկում ենք որպես ԻԼԻՊ-ի, «Ջեբհաթ ան-Նուսրա»-ի եւ դրանց հետ կապված ահաբեկչական այլ խմբավորումների դեմ պայքարում Ռուսաստանի հետ սերտ համագործակցություն հաստատելուց ԱՄՆ-ի՝ համառորեն հրաժարվելու արդյունք, ինչի կոչ Մոսկվան պարբերաբար անում է, եւ ինչը ենթադրում են սեպտեմբերի 9-ին Ժնեւում ձեռք բերված ռուս-ամերիկյան համաձայնությունները:
Կոալիցիայի օդաչուների գործողությունները, եթե դրանք, ինչպես հույս ունենք, չեն ձեռնարկվել Վաշինգտոնի հրահանգով, հանցավոր անփութության եւ ԻԼԻՊ-ի զինյալներին ուղղակիորեն սատարելու սահմանագծին են»,- ասված է հայտարարությունում:
