Ի՞նչ անել հղիությունից առաջ
1. Թողնել ծխելը
Կարևոր է ոչ միայն, որ դուք ինքներդ թողնեք այդ արատավոր սովորությունը, այլև ձեր ամուսինը: Խնդրեք նրան ազատվել այդ սովորությունից:
2. Անալիզներ հանձնեք
Բեղմնավորումից առաջ հանձնած անալիզները կօգնեն բժիշկներին համոզվել, որ ապագա մայրիկի օրգանիզմում վարակներ չկան: Անհրաժեշտ է հանձնել արյան և մեզի ընդհանուր անալիզներ, ՈւՁՀ-ի միջոցով ստուգել արգանդն ու ձվարանները:
3. Այցելեք ատամնաբույժի
Ստուգեք ատամների վիճակը նախապես, քանի որ որոշ կանանց ատամները հղիության ընթացքում սկսում են փչանալ:
4. Ընտրեք բժշկի
Լավ մասնագետի պետք է նախապես փնտրել, որպեսզի հետո հղի վիճակում չընկնեք փնտրտուքների մեջ: Նախ հետաքրքրվեք ծանոթներից, ովքեր արդեն երեխաներ ունեն:
5. Վերանայեք ձեր սննդակարգը
Աշխատեք ճիշտ սնվել, չէ՞ որ շուտով պատասխանատու եք լինելու ոչ միայն ձեր, այլև ապագա բալիկի առողջության համար:
6. Ձեռք բերեք գիտելիքներ
Թող ձեր բժիշկը կամ ընկերուհիները ձեզ լավ գիրք կամ կայք խորհուրդ տան, որոնք կօգնեն նախապատրաստվել բալիկի ծնվելուն: Հավատացած եղեք՝ դուք դեռ շատ բան չգիտեք, և պետք է պատրաստվել նախապես:
7. Տնտեսող եղեք
Շուտով ձեր ծախսերը կրկնակի, գուցե նաև եռակի անգամ աճելու են: Դժվար թե հիմա կարողանաք գնել շքեղ իրեր, հատկապես որ շուտով ձեր փորիկը մեծանալու է:
8. Ինքնակրթվեք
Մի մոռացեք ձեր, ձեր հետաքրքրությունների և գիտելիքների մասին: Մտածեք, թե ինչով եք զբաղվելու ֆիզ.արձակուրդի ժամանակ: Գուցե ցանկանում եք յոգայով զբաղվել: Արեք այն, ինչ սիրտն է թելադրում:
9. Վերանորոգեք բնակարանը կամ սենյակը
Մի հետաձգեք տան վերանորոգումը, որովհետև փոքրիկի հայտնվելուց հետո ժամանակ չեք ունենալու:
10. Լավատես եղեք
Եթե նախկինում շատ էիք մտահոգվում և վատատեսորեն էիք տրամադրված կյանքի հանդեպ, ապա ժամանակն է ամեն ինչ փոխել:
