Քաղաքաշինության նախարարությունը կկազմակերպի «Երկրի նկարագրի» շնորհանդեսը

 ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարարի տեղակալ Արմեն Ղուլարյանը մասնակցել է Շվեյցարիայի Ժնև քաղաքում 2016 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 13-ից 16-ը կայացած՝ ՄԱԿ-ի Եվրոպական Տնտեսական Հանձնաժողովի (ՄԱԿ ԵՏՀ) բնակարանային և հողերի կառավարման Կոմիտեի 77-րդ նստաշրջանի աշխատանքներին, որտեղ քննարկվել են բնակարանային տնտեսության կայուն զարգացման ՄԱԿ-ի Ժնևյան Խատիայի, 2014-2020թթ. ՄԱԿ ԵՏՀ տարածաշրջանի կայուն բնակարանային տնտեսության և հողերի կառավարման ոլորտի ռազմավարության, Կոմիտեի 2014-2015թթ. աշխատանքային ծրագրերի, ինչպես նաև ՄԱԿ ԵՏՀ տարածաշրջանում բնակարանային տնտեսության, քաղաքների զարգացման և հողերի կառավարման ազգային քաղաքականության իրականացման ընթացքի վերաբերյալ հարցեր: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Նստաշրջանի ընթացքում ներկայացվել է նաև ՄԱԿ ԵՏՀ-ի և ՄԱԿ-Հաբիթաթի հետ համագործակցության և աջակցության շրջանակներում ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարարության համակարգմամբ 2015-2016թթ. մշակված` Հայաստանի «Երկրի նկարագիրը»:

ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարարի տեղակալ Արմեն Ղուլարյանի կողմից ներկայացվել են «Երկրի նկարագրի» մշակման ուղղությամբ կատարված աշխատանքները, ինչպես նաև՝ բնակարանային տնտեսության, տարածական պլանավորման, աղետների ռիսկերի նվազեցման, հողերի կառավարման և շենքերում էներգաարդյունավետության բարձրացման ու էներգախնայողության ոլորտների  քաղաքականության և զարգացման վերաբերյալ արված առաջարկությունները: Կարևորվել է հատկապես նկարագրում ներկայացված առաջարկությունների իրագործմանն ուղղված գործողությունների ծրագրի մշակումը և իրականացւմը:

Կոմիտեի կողմից նախատեսվում է «Երկրի նկարագրի» շնորհանդեսը կազմակերպել առաջիկա նոյեմբերին՝ Երևանում:
