«Եդինայա Ռոսիա»-ն սահմանադրական մեծամասնություն ունի Պետդումայում

«Եդինայա Ռոսիա»-ն Պետդումայի ընտրություններում իր ամենահամոզիչ հաղթանակներից մեկն Է տարել՝ ստանալով ընտրողների ձայների ավելի քան 54 տոկոսը եւ սահմանադրական մեծամասնություն ապահովելով մանդատների ռեկորդային թվաքանակով: Նրա հետ միասին խորհրդարանի ստորին պալատ են անցնում ՌԴ-ի Կոմկուսը, ՌԼԴԿ-ն եւ «Արդար Ռուսաստանը», տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Մնացած կուսակցությունները ոչ միայն չկարողացան հաղթահարել 5 տոկոսի արգելքը, որն անհրաժեշտ Է Պետդումա մտնելու համար, այլեւ 3 տոկոսի արգելքը, որը թույլ Է տալիս հավակնել պետական ֆինանսավորման: Սակայն «Ռիդինա»-ն եւ «Քաղաքացիական պլատֆորմն», այնուամենայնիվ, ներկայացված կլինեն ստորին պալատում. նրանցից մեկական թեկնածուների հաջողվել Է հաղթել միամանդատ ընտրատարածքներում:
ՌԻԱ Նովոստիի կողմից հարցված քաղաքագետներն այն կարծիքին են, որ «Եդինայա Ռոսիա»-ն կարող Է ղեկավար պաշտոնների մի մասը զիջել ընդդիմությանը:
«Եդինայա Ռոսիա»-ն Պետդումայում ստանում Է 140 տեղ, որոնք կուսակցությանը բաժին են հասնում համերկրային ցուցակով ձեռք բերած արդյունքի համար, եւս 203 տեղ նա կստանա միամանդատ ընտրատարածքներից: Այսպիսով, «Եդինայա Ռոսիա»-ի մանդատների ընդհանուր թիվը կկազմի 343 պատգամավորական աթոռ՝ 450-ից, ինչը ռեկորդային Է Ռուսաստանի քաղաքական պատմության համար:
Կուսակցությունում եւ ԿԸՀ-ում արդեն հայտարարել են, որ «Եդինայա Ռոսիա»-ն Պետդումայում կունենա սահմանադրական մեծամասնություն եւ կկարողանա փոխել Սահմանադրության մի շարք գլուխներ եւ հաղթահարել նախագահական վետոն:
ԿԸՀ-ի վերջին տվյալների համաձայն՝ 93 տոկոս արձանագրությունների տվյալների ամփոփումից հետո ՌԴ կոմկուսին ձայն Է տվել ընտրողների 13,45 տոկոսը, ՌԼԴԿ-ին՝ 13,24 տոկոսը, «Արդար Ռուսաստանին»՝ 6,17 տոկոսը: Բացի այդ, ՌԴԿԿ-ն եւ «Արդար Ռուսաստանը» հաղթանակ են տարել 7-ական միամանդատ ընտրատարածքներում, ՌԼԴԿ-ն՝ հինգում:
Այսպիսով՝ ՌԴԿԿ-ն կստանա 42 մանդատ, ՌԼԴԿ-ն՝ 39, իսկ «Արդար Ռուսաստանը»՝ 23:
ՌԴԿԿ-ի եւ «Արդար Ռուսաստանի» համար սա Պետդումայում նրանց ներկայացուցչության լուրջ նվազում Է. 2011 թվականին ՌԴԿԿ-ն 50 մանդատ ավելի Էր ստացել, իսկ «Արդար Ռուսաստանը»՝ 41: Փոխարենը շահել Է ՌԼԴԿ-ն, որը նոր գումարման Դումայում տեղերի թիվն ավելացրել Է 17-ով:
