Ինչպես են աշխարհի ամենահայտնի մայրիկները ծննդաբերությունից հետո վերադարձրել իրենց գեղեցիկ կազմվածքը

Հայտնի դերասանուհիները, երգչուհիները և մոդելները ամեն օր փայլում են տեսախցիկների առջև և հանրությունը հիանում է նրանց գեղեցկությամբ: Սակայն իրական կյանքում նրանցից շատերի մոտ գալիս է այն հղիության սպասված և երջանիկ պահը, երբ նրանց համար հիասքանչ տեսք ունենալն ավելի դժվար է դառնում:

Այսօր մենք ձեզ կներկայացնենք աշխարհի ամենահայտնի մայրիկներին և կկիսվենք ձեզ հետ նրանց խորհուրդներով, թե ինչպես վերադարձնել գեղեցիկ կազմվածքը ծննդաբերությունից հետո:

  1. Քեթրին Զետա-Ջոնս


    Հղիության ժամանակ օսկարակիր այս գեղեցկուհին 19 կգ քաշ էր ավելացրել, և ծնդաբերությունից հետո նա կարողացավ այդ ավելորդ քաշից ազատվել դիետայի շնորհիվ: Նրա սննդակարգը հիմնականում կազմված էր ցածր կալորիականությամբ մթերքներից՝ հատկապես բանջարեղենային ապուրներից:

  2. Սալմա Հայեք

Մայրության ուրախությունը դերասանուհուն տվեց նաև 23 ավելորդ կիլոգրամ: Միայն խիստ սննդակարգի և ուժեղ կամքի շնորհիվ Սալման կարողացավ վերադարձնել իր գեղեցիկ կազմվածքը: Դերասանուհին հիմնականում օգտագործում էր ձիթապտուղ և ձիթապտղի յուղ:

  1. Ջենիֆեր Լոպեզ


    Մայրանալով՝ Ջեյ Լոն սկսեց ակտիվորեն պայքարել ավելորդ 22 կիլոգրամի դեմ: Երգչուհին նախընտրություն տվեց ցածր կալորիականությամբ սպիտակուցային դիետային և օրական ընդունում էր ընդհամենը 1400 կկալ:

  2. Էմի Ադամս


    Էմին այն քիչ հոլիվուդյան դերասանուհիներից է, որ ավելորդ քաշից ազատվելը գեղեցկությանը հասնելու ամենակարևոր ճանապարհը չի համարում: Իր դստեր ծննդից հետո Էմին իրեն չի տանջել սահմանափակումներ դնելով, այլ դրա փոխարեն սկսել է սպորտով և իր սիրելի պարով զբաղվել:

  3. Ադրիանա Լիմա


    Չնայած այն փաստին, որ Victoria’s Secret-ի սուպերմոդելը 9 ամսում ընդհամենը 15 կիլոգրամ քաշ է հավաքել, այդ փոփոխությունները մեծ ազդեցություն են ունեցել նրա կազմվածքի վրա: Իր կազմվածքին վերադառնալու համար Լիման օրական 2000-2500 մլ ջուր էր օգտագործում և ինտենսիվ կերպով պարան էր ցատկում:

  4. Քեյթ Ուինսլեթ


    «Տիտանիկի» դերասանուհին միշտ էլ առանձնանում էր իր փարթամ կազմվածքով, սակայն նա չէր սպասում, որ հղիությունից հետո 20 կգ-ով կավելանա: Քեյթը իր կազմվածքին վերադարձել է շատ ջուր, բանջարեղեն և խոտաբույսերով թեյ օգտագործելով:

  5.  Բեյոնսե


    Երեխայի ծննդից արդեն մի քանի ամիս անց Բեյոնսեն փայլում էր իր հիասքանչ արտաքինով: Երգչուհին այդ ամենի համար ամենաշատը պարտական է կրծքով կերակրելուն, որը լավ է ազդել նրա կազմվածքի վրա: Նա նաև է հաճախ է օգտագործել իր սիրելի միրգը՝ արքայախնձորը, որը հրաշալի ճարպայրիչ է:

  6.  Ջեսիկա Ալբա


    Ծննդաբերությունից հետո Ջեսիկային լավ պայմանագիր էին առաջարկել, սակայն դրա համար դերասանուհին պետք է շատ արագ նիհարեր: Նրա գեղեցիկ կազմվածքի գաղտնիքը «3+2+1» դիետան է՝ երեք հագեցած ճաշ, երկու անգամ թեթև սնունդ և օրական մեկ լիտր ջուր: Ինչպես նաև Ջեսիկան միշտ խորհուրդ է տալիս ռեստորանում ուտել միայն մատուցողի առաջարկած ընթրիքի կեսը:
