«Ժողովուրդ». Երևանի փողոցները «լցրած» ռուսական և վրացական համարանիշներով մեքենաների վարորդները «օրենքից դուրս» են, վարում են ինչպես ցանկանան

«Վերջին շրջանում «Ժողովուրդ»–ը բազմաթիվ ահազանգեր է ստանում վարորդներից այն մասին, որ Երևանի փողոցները «լցվել են» ռուսական համարանիշներ կրող ավտոմեքենաներով, որոնց վարորդները ավտոմեքենաները վարում են, ինչպես ցանկանում են, քանի որ տեսախցիկների և արագաչափերի արձանագրած խախտումները նրանք չեն վճարում։ Վարորդների պատմելով՝ այդ «օրենքից դուրս» ավտոմեքենաների պատճառով երթևեկության ընթացքում պարբերաբար վթարային իրավիճակներ են առաջանում։

 Այս խնդրի հետ կապված «Ժողովուրդ»–ը զրուցեց ՀՀ ՃՈ պետ Արմեն Հակոբյանի հետ, ով ասաց. «ՃՈ-ն տեղյակ է իրավիճակից, և վրացական, և ռուսական պետհամարանիշներով կան նաև տեղացի վարորդներ, որոնք փոխած պետհամարանիշներով են վարում մեքենաները։ Այդ կապակցությամբ անցկացվում են համապատասխան ստուգայցեր, ստուգվում են մեքենաները և տարվում են տուգանային հրապարակ։ Համապատասխան տուգանքներ կան»։ Հակոբյանը հաստատեց, որ տեսախցիկների և արագաչափերի արձանագրած խախտումների համար օտարերկրացի վարորդներից գանձումներ չեն կատարվում։ «Աշխատանքներ տարվում են, այս պահին դեռ այդ համակարգը չի գործում, որպեսզի հետագայում նրանք ևս, ինչպես ՀՀ քաղաքացիները, համապատասխան կարգով տուգանվեն»,-ասաց Հակոբյանը»,–գրում է թերթը։
