4. Արտաշնչեք բերանում ստեղծված անցքով։ Եթե ամեն ինչ ճիշտ եք արել, ապա տպավորություն կստեղծվի, որ օդն անցնում է Ձեր ստորին շուրթի վրայով, և Դուք կսուլեք։ Եթե զգաք, որ օդն անցնում է Ձեր վերին շուրթի վրայով, ապա պետք է նվազեցնեք օդի քանակը  մատների օգնությամբ։
