Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Արցախի Հանրապետության օրվա առթիվ:

«Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,

Իշխանությունների եւ անձամբ իմ անունից ի սրտե շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Արցախի Հանրապետության օրվա առթիվ, տոն, որն առանձնահատուկ կարեւորություն ունի մեր ժողովրդի կյանքում:

1991 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 2-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության ծնունդով հայ ժողովուրդն ունեցավ ազատ եւ անկախ երկու պետություն, իրականություն դարձավ դարեր շարունակ փայփայած, բազում փորձությունների միջով անցած եւ մինչեւ մեր օրերը հասած նրա երազանքը:

 Դա իր հողի վրա տիրոջ իրավունքով ապրելու եւ սեփական ճակատագիրն ինքնուրույն տնօրինելու սովորական մարդկային ձգտումն է, որը, բնականաբար, հատուկ է յուրաքանչյուր ազգի:

Համախմբվելով եւ միատեղելով մեր ուժերը` պատերազմի դաշտում պաշտպանեցինք մեր ազգային արժանապատվությունն ու ժողովրդի ապագան, այսօր էլ կառուցում ենք ժողովրդավարական պետություն` միջազգային հանրության լիիրավ անդամ դառնալու հայտ ներկայացնելով աշխարհին:

 Դա դժվարին, բայց եւ պատվաբեր ուղի է, որը մենք անցնում ենք Հայաստանի եւ Սփյուռքի մեր քույրերի ու եղբայրների հետ ձեռք ձեռքի տված: Այդպես միասնաբար մենք կյանքի կկոչենք շատ ու շատ ծրագրեր եւ անպայման կհասնենք համազգային նպատակների իրականացմանը:

Թանկագին հայրենակիցներ,

Մեկ անգամ եւս շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ պետական այս նշանակալի տոնի առթիվ եւ մաղթում խաղաղություն ու բարգավաճում ձեր ընտանիքներին եւ բոլորիս համար թանկ ու նվիրական Արցախի Հանրապետությանը»:
