Հոլանդիայում հայերի նկատմամբ խռովություն հրահրողը կկանգնի դատարանի առջև:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց «Հոլանդահայ կազմակերպությունների ֆեդերացիա»-ի նախագահ Մաթո Հախվերդյանը, Հոլանդիայում նման դեպք առաջին անգամ է, երբ հայատյաց կեցվածքով հանդես եկողը կանգնում է դատարանի առջև:

Մաթո Հախվերդյանի ներկայացմամբ` դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել 2014 թվականին, երբ թուրքերը Ալմելո քաղաքում մեծ բողոքի ակցիա էին կազմակերպել՝ ընդդեմ  Ալմելոյի Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու տարածքում տեղադրված Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակը հավերժացնող հուշահամալիրի: Բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ ելույթ է ունեցել մի քաղաքացի, ով ասել է, թե Ղարաբաղը դառնալու է հայերի գերեզմանը: 

«Այդ ցույցի ժամանակ նրանք օսմանական տարազներով ելույթ ունեցան՝ ասելով, թե ցեղասպանություն տեղի չի ունեցել: Այդ անձը, ով հնչեցրեց Ղարաբաղը հայերի գերեզման դառնալու մասին հայտարարությունը,  Հաագայում գործող թուրք-ադրբեջանական մի կազմակերպության նախագահն է: Այն ժամանակ բողոք ներկայացրեցինք, ամբողջ նյութերը տրամադրեցինք դատախազությանը: Երկու տարի այդ ամբողջ նյութերը մանրակրկիտ ուսումնասիրվեցին, երկու անգամ թուրքերենով հնչած ելույթները թարգմանվեցին տարբեր մարդկանց կողմից: Եվ ահա, նյութերն ուսումնասիրելուց հետո դատախազություը գտնում է, որ հայերի դեմ արարք է գործվել, որը պատժելի է: Հիմա դատախազությունը որոշել է լսել այդ մարդուն, բայց խնդիրն այն տրամաբանության մեջ է, որ գործը դատարան է հասնելու»,- ասաց Մաթո Հախվերդյանը:

Վերջնական որոշումը դատավորինն է, հնարավոր է ազատազրկում սահմանվի, հնարավոր է՝ դրամական փոխհատուցում կամ տուգանք: Մաթո Հախվերդյանի խոսքով` դա, իհարկե, կարևոր է, սակայն, այն, որ նման հայատյաց հայտարարության համար ադրբեջանցին կկանգնի դատարանի առջև, դա արդեն լուրջ քայլ է:

«Կարևորը երևույթն է: Դա նշանակում է, որ այսուհետ նման հայտարարություններ անողը կկանգնի դատարանի առջև: Այսինքն` այս դեպքը զսպող գործոն կարող է լինել: Նման գործընթաց Հոլանդիայում առաջին անգամ է տեղի ունենում և կարող է նախադեպ լինել ինչպես Հոլանդիայի, այնպես էլ այլ եվրոպական երկրների համար»,-ասաց Մաթո Հախվերդյանը՝ նշելով, որ խռովություն հրահրող այդ անձնավորությունը նույն հայտարարությունն արել է այս տարվա ապրիլին, ղարաբաղյան դեպքերով պայմանավորված անցկացվող բողոքի ցույցի ժամանակ:

Անդրադառնալով թուրք-ադրբեջանական լոբբիի աշխատանքին՝ Մաթո Հախվերդյանը նշեց, որ որոշակի ակտիվացում է նկատվում, սակայն ադրբեջանցիներն աչքի են ընկնում սուտ տեղեկություններ տարածելով, չեղած բանն ուռճացնելով:

« Օրինակ` խորհրդարանի կողքը մի սրահ կա, որտեղ կարող են տարբեր կազմակերպություններ հանդիպումներ կազմակերպել, լրատվամիջոցների հրավիրել և դա ամենևին կապ չունի խորհրդարանի հետ:  Ադրբեջանցիները երբեմն վարձում են այդ սրահը և ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներով տեղեկություն տարածում, թե խորհրդարանում Խոջալուի հարցով ցուցահանդես են կազմակերպել: Մեկ այլ դեպք, երբ ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներով տեղեկություն էին տարածել, թե հայերը իրենց ակումբը ջարդել են: Դիմեցինք ոստիկանությանը,  պարզվեց, որ նման բան չկա: Իսկ իրենց լրատվամիջոցներով այդպի սի կեղծ լուրեր են տարածում»,- հավելեց Մաթո Հախվերդյանը:
