Էներգակիրների սակագնային քաղաքականությունը բեկումնային փուլ է մտնում

Անցած կառավարության նիստում նորանշանակ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն հանձնարարեց ՀԾԿՀ-ին, էներգետիկայի, սոցապ նախարարներին համատեղ քննարկել և առաջարկություններ ներկայացնել գազի և էլէներգիայի սակագնային քաղաքականության վերանայման մասին, որը մասնավորապես պետք է նախատեսի սոցիալապես անապահովների համար սակագների մաքսիմալ նվազեցում, բիզնեսի, հատկապես վերամշակող ճյուղերի համար սակագների վերանայում:
Վարչապետի հանձնարականը լրատվական կայքերում և սոցիալական ցանցերում դարձավ լուրջ քննարկումների առարկա: Պարզ է` սպառողները մեծապես շահարգրգռված են սակագների իջեցման հարցում, սակայն հարց է, թե ինչ ճանապարհով և ժամկետներում պետք է իրականացվի սակագների փոփոխությունը: Դատելով վարչապետի հայտարարությունից` կարելի է կարծել, որ ներդրվելու են տարբերակված սակագներ` սպառողների որոշ խմբերի դեպքում սակագները կարող են բարձրանալ իսկ մյուսների համար` իջնել:
Ենթադրվում է, որ սակագների վերանայման հարցում օգտագործվելու են նաև այլ հնարավորություններ, որոնք պայմաններ կստեղծեն, ինչու չէ նաև ներմուծվող էներգակիրների, մասնավորապես, գազի սակագների նվազեցմանը հասնելու համար: Բանն այն է, որ ներկայումս էներգակիրների համաշխարհային գները շարունակում են մնալ ցածր մակարդակում, ինչը մեծ հնարավորությւոն է ընձեռում բանակցություններ սկսել ռուսական կողմի հետ գազի գնի նվազեցման շուրջ:
Եթե հաջողվի հասնել ներմուծվող գազի սակագների նվազեցմանը, ապա դա կհանգեցնի ոչ միայն ներքին շուկայում գազի սակագների իջեցմանը, այլև նպաստավոր պայմաններ կստեղծվեն էլէներգիայի սակագնի իջեցման համար, հաշվի առնելով, որ ՀՀ-ում գործող ՋԷԿ-երը գործում են ՌԴ-ից ներմուծվող գազի հաշվին:
