Արմեն Հովոսափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Հայաստանյան ներքաղաքական կյանքը վերջին շրջանում բավականին ակտիվ փուլ է մտել. իրադարձություններն իրար հաջորդում են երկրաչափական պրոգրեսիայի կորագծով: Դեռևս վարչապետի փոփոխությունից, նրա` ԱԺ-ում և գործադիրում հնչեցրած մտքերից ու առաջարկած թեզերը չմարսած, հասարակությանն արդեն նոր անակնկալ էր ներկայացվել:
Անընդհատ խոսվում է, որ նախարարների մեծ մասը հրաժեշտ կտան իրենց պորտֆելներին: Ի դեպ իր հարցազրույցներում վարչապետը քանիցս նշել է, որ գործադիրում լինելու են պրոֆեսիոնալներ իրենց ոլորտը հստակ պատկերացնող կոնկրետ մասնագետներ:
Ահա արդեն իսկ առաջին «ծիծեռնակները» տեսանելի են: Ընդամենը մի քանի ժամ առաջ եղան անդրանիկ փոփոխությունները: Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրամանագրով` Աշոտ Մանուկյանը նշանակվեց էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարար, փոխարինելով բոլորովին վերջերս նախարար նշանակված Լևոն Յոլյանին: Կառավարության հնաբնակներից իրենց աթոռներին հրաժեշտ տվեցին Սերգո Կարապետյանը, Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը և Գագիկ Խաչատրյանը: Կարապետյանի փոխարեն գյուղոլորտն այսուհետ կղեկավարի Իգնատի Առաքելյանը, երկրի ֆինանսական հարցերով կզբաղվի Վարդան Արամյանը, իսկ մեկ այլ ոչ պակաս պատասխանատու և ստրատեգիական ոլորտը` տրոնսպորտի և կապի նախարարության աշխատանքները կկորդինացի Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը:
Նորանշանակ մասնագետների մասին տեղեկատվությունը սկսում և ավարտվում է նրանով, որ նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրն իր ոլորտում պրոֆեսիոնալ է և հույս կա, որ առաջիկայում ոլորտային նոր խոշոր փոփոխություններ կլինեն:
