Որոշ մանրամասներ Վարդևան Գրիգորյանի որդու առեղծվածային մահվան դեպքի մասին

Ինչպես տեղեկացրել ենք, այսօր հրազենային վնասվածքով իրենց տան նկուղից Գյումրիի բժշկական կենտրոն էին տեղափոխել Գյումրիի մանկավարժական ինստիտուտի նախկին ռեկտոր, Գյումրու ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում ԲՀԿ ցուցակը գլխավորող Վարդեւան Գրիգորյանի կրտսեր որդուն՝ 25-ամյա Արշակ Գրիգորյանին, որի կյանքը փրկել չէր հաջողվել:
Անցկացվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, իրավապահների հաղորդմամբ, նախնական տվյալներով, սպանություն բնութագրող հատկանիշներ չեն հայտնաբերվել: Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110 և 235 հոդվածների առաջին մասի հատկանիշներով: Այն է՝ Ինքնասպանության հասցնելը և ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը:
Շիրակի մարզի դատախազությունից մեզ փոխանցեցին, որ Արշակ Գրիգորյանին իրենց տան բակի նկուղից Գյումրի բժշկական կենտրոն են տեղափոխել աջ քունքային հատվածում ստացած վնասվածքով ժամը 13.20-ի հատվածում, նկուղում հայտնաբերվել է Մակարով տեսակի ատրճանակ, որի պատկանելությունը դեռ հայտնի չէ: Նա մահացել է մեկ հրազենային վնասվածքից: Նշենք, որ տանը եղել են տեսախցիկներ, առգրավվել են տան տեսախցիկները: Մենք եղանք դեպքի վայրում, որտեղից ճշտեցինք, որ Արշակը ժամը 13.00-ի սահմաններում տնեցիներին ասել է, թե մի հատ գնամ գարաժ, գամ, մոտ 10 րոպե ուշացել է, տանը գտնվող նրա հորաքրոջ տղան ասել է՝ գնամ, տեսնեմ ինչ եղավ Արշակը. դուրս է եկել բակ ու նրան հայտնաբերել է նկուղում: Հորաքրոջ տղան ու եղբայրն են մեքենայով նրան հասցրել հիվանդանոց, սակայն նրա կյանքը փրկել հնարավոր չի եղել: Առեղծվածային այս մահվան հանգամանքները պարզվում են:
