Հայտնի փաստաբանները՝ ընդդեմ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների

Հայաստանում հայտնի 20 փաստաբաններ, այդ թվում՝ Վահե Գրիգորյանը, Լուսինե Սահակյանը, Գևորգ Գյոզալյանը, Երվանդ Վարոսյանը, Լիպարիտ Սիմոնյանը, Տիգրան Եգորյանը, Լուսինե Հակոբյանն «Ընդդեմ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների» խումբ են ստեղծել: Խմբի անդամներից Գևորգ Գյոզալյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ իրենք քննարկումների արդյունքում եկել են եզրակացության, որ Հայաստանում սահմանադրական փոփոխություների անհրաժեշտոթյան չկա:
«Մենք եկել ենք եզրահանգման, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում նոր սահմանդրության օրակարգ չկա, իսկ այն, ինչ առաջարկվում է, նոր Սահմանադրություն է, այլ ոչ թե փոփոխություն կամ, առավել ևս, բարեփոխում»,- ասաց Գյոզալյանը:
Փաստաբանը՝ որպես իր խոսքի փաստարկ, բերեց այն հանգամանքը, որ սահմանադրական դատարանն իր բազմաթիվ տարեկան զեկույցներում նշում է, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանի որոշումները չեն կատարվում, սակայն դա գործնականում ոչինչ չի փոխում:
«Ստացվում է, որ օրենքը փոխելը դեռ ոչինչ չի նշանակում: Կարևորն այն է, որ այդ օրենքը գործի: Մեր կարծիքով՝ նախ այսօրվա Սահմանադրությունը պիտի գործի, որպեսզի մենք իմանանք՝ այն լա՞վն է, թե՞վատը: Մենք քաղաքական հավակնություններ չունենք, մենք մասնագիտորեն աշխատում ենք և փորձում ցույց տալ, որ մի շարք հոդվածներ, որոնք փորձ է արվում ներկայացնել իբրև առաջընթաց, իրականում հետընթաց են»,- ասաց փաստաբանը։
Հետաքրքվեցինք նաև, թե ինչպես են փաստաբանները պատրաստվում քաղաքացիներին տեղեկացնել նոր սահմանադրության ընդունման դեպքում նրանց սպառնացող վտանգների մասին: Ի պատասխան Գյոզալյանը նշեց, որ իրենք, հավանաբար, բրոշյուրների, ինչպես նաև էլեկտրոնային փոստի միջոցով քաղաքացիներին տեղ կհասցնեն իրենց մտահոգությունները: Փաստաբանը հավանական համարեց նաև համագործակցությունը սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների դեմ պայքարող նախաձեռնությունների հետ:
«Խոսքն այս դեպքում «Ո´չ» շարժման կողմնակիցների մասին է, որոնք պատրաստվում են «Ընդդեմ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների» քարոզարշավ կազմակերպել Հայաստանի մարզերում: Ուստի, հնարավոր է, քաղաքացիներին մեր խոսքը տեղ հասցնենք նաև «Ո´չ»-ի մասնակիցների միջոցով»,- ասաց Գևորգ Գյոզալյանը։
