Գյումրիի ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության թեկնածու Վարդևան Գրիգորյանի որդու՝ Արշակ Գրիգորյանի դին իրենց տան նկուղում հայտնաբերելու փաստը ցնցեց ոչ միայն երկրորդ քաղաքը, այլև հայաստանյան հասարակության զգալի մասին:

Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում «Քրիստոնեա-դեմոկրատական միություն» կուսակցության նախագահ, ԱԺ Հանրապետական խմբակցության պատգամավոր Խոսրով Հարությունյանն ասաց. «Նախ՝ պետք է ցավակցեմ Վարդևան Գրիգորյանին, մենք միասին աշխատել ենք Գերագույն խորհրդում: Հետագայում էլի առանձին շփումներ ունեցել եմ, նրա հանդեպ տածում եմ խորը խամակրանք:

Թեպետ մենք պաշտպանում ենք Սամվել Բալասանյանին, բայց, կարծում եմ, Գրիգորյանը լուրջ մրցակից է, նրան կհաջողվի լինել ավագանու անդամ: Համոզված եմ՝ «Բալասանյան» դաշինքն առավելագույն ձայներ կհավաքի, բայց ինքը՝ Սամվել Բալասանյանը, նույնպես գտնում է, որ Գրիգորյանն ու իրեն սատարող քաղաքական ուժը մեծ ներկայություն կունենան ավագանիում:

Իրենից չկախված հանգամանքների բերումով Վարդևան Գրիգորյանը, բնական է, ի վիճակի չի լինելու շարունակել ընտրապայքարը: Ես կարծում եմ, որ Սամվել Բալասանյանի և մնացած քաղաքական ուժերի որոշումը, մեր դաշինքի հայտարարությունը՝ կասեցնել ընտրապայքարը, շատ տրամաբանական է, շատ բարոյական է և ողջամիտ, որովհետև դա հարգանք է քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսի նկատմամբ»:

Հարցին՝ ի՞նչ ազդեցություն կունենա տեղի ունեցածն ընտրական գործընթացի վրա, մեր զրուցակիցը պատասխանեց, որ դա կախված է գյումրեցիներից:
