«Չորրորդ իշխանություն» թերթը գրում է. «Գյումրիի կենտրոնական փողոցներում փակցված ու մեծ աղմուկ հանած պաստառի հեղինակը գործող քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանի կողմնակիցներն են. երեկ պաշտոնապես հաստատվել է այդ վարկածը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ այդ պաստառի վրա նկարված էին զառեր եւ գրված էր՝ «Հաջողության բանաձեւը»։ Պաստառի իմաստը, ըստ գյումրեցիների, Գյումրիի ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում ԲՀԿ թեկնածու Վարդեւան Գրիգորյանի դեմ հակաքարոզչությունն էր՝ նպատակ ունենալով այդպես հիշեցնել թեկնածուի՝ նախկինում «զառ գցելու» հանդեպ սերը։
Եվ ահա, Սամվել Բալասանյանի նախկին խորհրդական Սահակ Սահրադյանը, որը նաեւ գործող քաղաքապետի որդու ընկերն է եւ որը ստեղծել է Գյումրիի ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին այսօր մասնակցող «Գյումրեցու ոգի» կուսակցությունը հարցազրույց է տվել ու խոստովանել պաստառն իրենք են կախել։ «Պաստառի գովազդի նշանակությունը չեմ կարող պարզաբանել՝ քաղաքական մեկնաբանություն տալ նշանակում է նորից մտնել քարոզարշավի մեջ, ինչն այս պարագայում անբարոյականություն կլինի»,– ասել է նա։
Ուշադրություն դարձրեք՝ Սահակ Սահրադյանն անուղղակի ընդունել է, որ այդ ամենն արել է ԲՀԿ թեկնածուի դեմ, պարզապես հիմա բարձրաձայն չի խոսում՝ քարոզարշավի մեջ չմտնելու համար»:
