Արմեն Պետրոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
25 տարին անկախ պետության համար, անշուշտ, բավական փոքր տարիք է, հատկապես, երբ այդ պետականությունը կերտող ժողովուրդը հազարամյակների պատմություն ունի: Բայց, միևնույն ժամանակ, գոյության 25 բարդագույն տարիների ընթացքում անկախ Հայաստանն ապրել է բազմաթիվ փորձություններ, ունեցել վերելքների ու անկումների, ձեռքբերումների ու կորուստների, հպարտության ու հիասթափության, ամոթի, ցավի, երջանկության ու պարծանքի մեծաթիվ առիթներ. հետևաբար 25-ից հետո կյանքը պետք է թևակոխի որակապես նոր փուլ, ինչպես, ասենք, մեզանում ընդունված օրինակելի 25-ամյա երիտասարդի պարագայում:
Ամբողջ օրվա ընթացքում հնչած և դեռ հնչելիք շնորհավորանքների, բարեմաղթանքների հրավառության հորիզոնում դժվար է նոր բան հավելելը, միանում եմ բոլորիդ...
Այս անգամ կբարձրաձայնեմ, թերևս, երազանքիս մասին, գուցե շատ ռոմանտիկ, բայց, հաստատ, ո՛չ անհնարին...
Ցանկանում եմ, որ արդեն մոտ ապագայում հայրենիքի հանդեպ հայերիս հպարտությունը չսահմանափակվի հրապարակում անցկացվող զորահանդեսներով, ռազմական շքերթներով, այլև և առավելապես, արտահայտվի ամեն ոլորտում ստեղծագործ ու աշխատասեր մարդու՝ գյուղացու, արտադրողի, արդյունաբերողի, գյուտարարի, գիտնականի, մանկավարժի, բժշկի, արվեստագետի, մարզիկի արդիական, որակյալ, պահանջարկված և ամենակարևորը՝ արժանիորեն գնահատված ստեղծագործությունների, հաջողությունների ցուցադրություններում, ի վերջո, կրկնվեմ՝ 25-ից հետո սկսվում է արարելու, կերտելու հզորանալու փուլը...
Այդ դեպքում, թերևս, անգամ զորահանդեսներ անցկացնելու անհրաժեշտություն չի լինի, քանի որ տնտեսապես, գիտությամբ ու մշակույթով, օրինականությամբ ու կազմակերպածությամբ հզոր երկիրը մեր տարածաշրջանում տրամաբանորեն պետք է նաև ունենա շատ ավելի հզոր, մարտունակ բանակ ու սպառազինություն:
Շնորհավոր ազգային տոնդ, հայ ժողովուրդ, իմ հայրենակից՝ հայրենիքում, թե աշխարհի բոլոր ծայրերում, համոզված եմ՝ իմ ու քո երազած անկախ Հայաստանն այլևս կերտման ճանապարհին է...
