Ինչպես քիչ առաջ գրել է asekose.am կայքը, երեկ՝ սեպտեմբերի 1-ին, Սյունիքի մարզի Կապան քաղաքի թիվ 6 միջնակարգ դպրոցում փոխտնօրեն է նշանակվել Սյունիքի մազպետ Սուրիկ խաչատրյանի նախկին թիկնապահ Զարզանդ Նիկողոսյանը, ում անունը կապվում է 2013-ի հունիսին Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի առանձնատան մոտ տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական իրադարձությունների, Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի դեմ մահափորձի գործով մեղադրյալներից մեկի որդուն պատկանող խանութի վրա հարձակման, Գորիսի հիվանդանոցի նախկին տնտեսվարին ծեծի ենթարկելու դեպքերի հետ: Օրեր առաջ էլ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Երևանի թիվ 27 դպրոցի՝ նախկինում կոռուպցիայի համար դատապարտված տնօրենը վերանշանակվել է տնօրենի պաշտոնում:

Ի պատասխան Past.am-ի հարցին, թե ինչի՞ կհանգեցնի հասարակության շրջանում նմանատիպ վարկանիշ ունեցող անձանց մուտքը դպրոց, ի՞նչ պատճառով և ո՞ւմ թույլտվությամբ են նրանք հայտնվում դպրոցում, Կրթության ազգային ինստիտուտի փոխտնօրեն Անահիտ Բախշյանը պատասխանեց, որ նմանատիպ երևույթները երկար մեկնաբանելու կարիք չունեն։

«Այդ երևույթներն իրենք իրենցով փաստում են այն մասին, որ իշխանության հենարանը հանցագործ մարդիկ են»,- ասաց Բախշյանը:

Մեր հարցին, թե ինչով է իշխանությանը ձեռնտու հանցագործ սերունդ դաստիարակելը, Բախշյանը պատասխանեց.

«Այդ հարցը պետք է հենց իշխանություններին ուղղել, իսկ ես դա բացատրում եմ հետևյալ կերպ. քանի որ իշխանությունը հանցագործ մարդկանց վրա է հենվում, դրանով ուզում է ցույց տալ, որ ինքն ամենակարող է, ամենազոր է, դրանով ուզում է մարդկանց զգուշացնել չհամարձակվել իշխանությանը «բան ասել»: Այս ամենը հանցագործ մարդու կերպարի գովազդ է, որից պետությունը տապալվում է»,- ասաց Բախշյանը:
