Նյու Յորքի Սիրակուզի համալսարանի գիտնականները վերջերս 23-ից 98 տարեկան 968 մասնակիցներից բաղկացած մի ուսումնասիրություն են անցկացրել: Նրանց սննդակարգերը չէին փոխվել: Փորձը ցույց տվեց, որ շոկոլադը ուղղակի ազդեցություն ունի մեր մտավոր աշխատանքի վրա և հաճախակի այն օգտագործելը կարող է լավացնել մեր հիշողությունն ու միտքը:

Մի քանի տարի առաջ Թել Ավիվի համալսարանի հետազոտողներն ասացին, որ նրանք ամեն առավոտ շոկոլադ են ուտում: Նրանք պնդում էին, որ դա օգնում էր իրենց աշխատանքին, ինչպես նաև օգնում է ազատվել ավելորդ քաշից:

Բժիշկ Դանիելա Յակուբովիցն ասում է. «Երբ մենք արթնանում ենք, մեր ուղեղը էներգիայի կարիք է ունենում և առավոտը հենց այն ժամանակն է, երբ մեր օրգանիզմը սնունդը էներգիայի է վերածում: Իսկ օրվա ընթացքում ավելի ուշ սնվելիս մեր մարմինը և ուղեղը դեռ աշխատում են և սննդից էներգիա են խնայում և հենց այդպես էլ առաջանում է ճարպը:»

Շոկոլադը չպետք է առավոտյան ժամը 9-ից ուշ ուտել: Ըստ Յակուբովիցի՝ ածխաջրածիններ, պրոտեիններ և 600 կկալ աղանդերներ օգտագործող մարդիկ ավելի են նիհարում, քան նրանք, ովքեր 300 կկալ են ընդունում ուշ ժամի նախաճաշելով:

Ուրեմն ի՞նչ դրական հատկություններ ունի շոկոլադը: Մասնագետներն ասում են, որ դա ունի ֆլավոնոիդ կոչվող սնուցիչ, որը հաճախ նաև հանդիպում ենք բուսական մթերքների, ինչպես նաև կակաոյի հատիկներ մեջ: Ֆլավոնոիդ կա նաև թեյի, կարմիր գինու և մրգերի մեջ՝ հատկապես խաղողի և խնձորի:

Ուրեմն եթե մյուս անգամ երկմտեք շոկոլադե տորթ ուտելիս, հիշե՛ք, որ նախաճաշը այն վայելելու ամենաճիշտ ժամանակն է: Ձեր ուղեղը և նույնիսկ իրանը ձեզ շնորհակալություն կհայտեն:
