Կարեն Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Մեր անկախության 25-րդ տարին ամենածանրն էր ու բարդը։ Եթե վերաժևորելու լինենք այս տարիների ընթացքում մեր ձեռքբերումները, ապա կենսունակ երկրի ունենալու ճանապարհին ունեցել ենք ընդամնեը մեկ նվաճում՝ Արցախի ազատագրումը թշնամուց, սրան գումարենք նաև տաղանդավոր անհատների մի շարք նվաճումներ սպորտի, արվեստի և մշակույթի ոլորտում, իսկ ընդհանուր առմամբ այս քառորդ դարը բազմաթիվ կորուստների, ցնցումների և հիասթափությունների շարք է եղել։ Սա շատ լավ գիտեն թե Հայաստանում մնացածները, և թե անկախության այս տարիների ընթացքում Հայաստանից արտագաղթած մեկ միլիոն մեր հայրենակիցները։
Սրան զուգահեռ դիտում եմ տոնին նվիրված զորահանդեսը՝ հյուսիսկորեական հեռուստատեսության պաթոսով շաղախված, և փուչիկներով ու գմփիկներով տոնական հանդեսը համալիրում ու
մտածում, մի թե այս մարդիկ մոռացել են ապրիլյան պատերազմը, մի թե չգիտեն, որ ապրիլից այս կողմ 120 ընտանիքի կյանք է անդառնալիորեն բեկվել, մի թե կարծում եմ, որ իրենց ԻՍՍՍՍԿԱԱԱԱՆԴԵԵԵԵՐ-ով վախեցրին մեր զինվորներին սպանող թշնամուն։

Չէ ինձ ճիշտ հասկացեք, ես լավ եմ հասկանում, որ մեր տղաները կռվել ու ընկել են մեր խաղաղ ներկայի և ապագայի համար, բայց մի թե ապրիլյան այդ ծանր օրերից հետո, երբ անկախության այս 25-րդ ամյակում դեռ պայքարում ենք մեր ազգի ֆիզիկական գոյության համար, իսկ մեր երիտասարդ տղաները ոչ միայն զրկված են այս երկրում լավ ապագա կառուցելու հնարավորություններից, այլ նաև դատապարտված են խոշտանգման և մահվան, կարելի էր այսպիսի կապկանց թամաշայի վերածել այս օրը։ Թե իսկապես կարծում էիք, որ ձեր մի ԻՍՍՍՍԿԱԱԱԱՆԴԵԵԵԵՐ-ով լուծելու էիք մեր բոլոր խնդիրները, ախր այս ԻՍՍՍՍԿԱԱԱԱՆԴԵԵԵԵՐ-ով նույնիսկ ռազմական զսպման խնդիր չեք լուծել։
