Անկախության քառորդ դարը բեկումնային է Հայաստանի համար

Սեպտեմբերի 21-ին Հայաստանը նշում է Անկախության օրը: Այս տարի լրացավ անկախության հռչակման 25 ամյակը։ 25 տարի առաջ Հայաստանի ժողովուրդը ձայների ճնշող մեծամասնությամբ քվեարկեց ԽՍՀՄ-ի կազմից դուրս գալու և անկախ պետություն ստեղծելու օգտին: Նորաստեղծ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը այս երկուսուկես տասնամյակի ընթացքում ապրեց բարդ և միևնույն ժամանակ վճռորոշ ու բախտորոշ ժամանակաշրջան: Հայաստանն անցավ պատերազմի, շրջափակման, տնտեսական փլուզման, անցումային շրջանի բոլոր դժվարությունների միջով: Այսօր նույնպես մեր երկիրը կանգնած է լուրջ և համակարգային խնդիրների առջև:
Հայաստանի համար անվտանգության խնդրի հետ միասին թիվ մեկ խնդիր է շարունակում մնալ տնտեսության զարգացման և ըստ այդմ՝ երկրի ներսում սոցիալ-տնտեսական իրավիճակի բարելավման հարցը: Այս և մյուս պրոբլեմները լուծելու համար նախ պետք է ազատվել արատավոր երևույթներից, մասնավորապես՝ կոռուպցիայից, հովանավորչությունից, քաղաքական իշխանության և օլիգարխիկ համակարգի սերտաճումից, ապա ստեղծել բիզնես գործունեության բարվոք միջավայր, հավասար հնարավորություններ, ստեղծել նոր աշխատատեղեր, իրականացնել ռեսուրսների հավասարաչափ բաշխում, զարգացնել սահմանամերձ շրջանները և այլն:
2017թ-ին Հայաստանում հաստատվելու է կառավարման նոր համակարգ` խորհրդարանական կառավարման ձևով, ինչը նշանակում է՝ արմատական փոփոխություն է կատարվում երկրի քաղաքական համակարգում և ըստ այդմ՝ նաև քաղաքական պրոցեսներում: Սակայն եթե դրական փոփոխություններն ընդգրկեն նաև տնտեսությունը և մյուս ոլորտները, ապա այդ ժամանակ միայն արդյունքը շոշափելի կլինի: Թերևս նոր կառավարության ձևավորումը հնարավորություն է տալիս գործադիրի կազմում ընդգրկել պրոֆեսիոնալ և բարձր որակներ ունեցող մասնագետների, հստակ խնդիրներ դնել և հասնել դրանց լուծմանը:
Հայաստանի անկախության 25 ամյակը կարող է նշանավորվել երկրում դրական փոփոխությւոնների սկզբնավորմամբ: Ժամանակն է ուղղելու այն քարերը, որոնք ծուռ են դրվել կամ ընկել են 25-ամյա Հայաստանի պետական շենքի պատից:
