ԲՀԿ թեկնածուի որդու ինքնասպանության դեպքով հարցաքննվել են տուժածի ազգականները և ընկերները. նոր մանրամասներ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով շարունակվում են իրականացվել ակտիվ քննչական գործողություններ՝ պարզելու Արշակ Գրիգորյանի ինքնասպանության հանգամանքները, շարժառիթը։
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 1990թ. ծնված Արշակ Գրիգորյանը 2016թ. սեպտեմբերի 20-ին՝ ժամը 12:30-ից 13:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, իրենց տան նկուղում ինքնասպանություն է գործել ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք բերված «Մակարով» տեսակի «ԼԱ 1948 Ր» գործարանային համարի ատրճանակից: Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակը՝ լիցքավորված փամփուշտներով, 1 պարկուճ և 1 գնդակ։
Որոշում է կայացվել Արշակ Գրիգորյանին տուժող ճանաչելու մասին: Կատարվել է դիակի զննություն, ըստ որի՝ դիակի աջ և ձախ քունքային շրջանում հայտնաբերվել են վերքեր, որոնցից աջ քունքային վնասվածքը, ըստ մասնագետների, մուտքային է, իսկ ձախ քունքային շրջանի վերքը` ելքային: Առգրավվել են տուժածի, ինչպես նաև՝ նրա դիակը հայտնաբերած հարազատի հագուստները, վերցվել են անհրաժեշտ փորձանմուշներ:
Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզելու համար նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ, որոնց թվում՝ դատաբժշկական, դատամատնադրոշմային, դատակենսաբանական:
Հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, որոնց թվում՝ տուժածի մերձավոր ազգականները, հարազատները, ընկերները։ Օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին։
Նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ տարածքում առկա են տեսանկարահանող սարքեր, որոնց տեսագրություններն առգրավվել են, և նշանակվել է տեսաձայնագրային փորձաքննություն։
Ա. Գրիգորյանի ինքնասպանության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասերով հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ Քննության արդյունքների մասին տեղեկույթ կտրամադրվի պարբերաբար։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Արշակ Գրիգորյանը «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունից Գյումրու քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Վարդևան Գրիգորյանի որդին է։
