Կոտայքում երկու եղբայրներին դանակահարելու կասկածանքով 17-ամյա երիտասարդ է ձերբակալվել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ դիտավորությամբ 2 անձանց թափանցող և չթափանցող վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության
և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 1-ին՝ ժամը 23:20-ին, «Արմենիա ՀԲԿ» ՓԲ ընկերությունից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել 2 քաղաքացի, որոնցից Ռ. Ստեփանյանը՝ կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած չթափանցող, ձախ հետույքային շրջանի և ձախ ստորին վերջույթի կտրած-ծակած վնասվածքներով, իսկ Ա. Ստեփանյանը՝ որովայնի առաջային պատի կտրած-ծակած թափանցող վնասվածքով, լյարդի վնասումով, ձախ հետույքային և ձաÕ ազդրի հետին մակերեսի վերին երրորդականի կտրած-ծակած արյունահոսող վնասվածքներով:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով (դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելը):
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկված քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 1-ին՝ ժամը 19:00-ի սահմաններում, Բյուրեղավան քաղաքի 17-ամյա բնակիչը ծեծի է ենթարկել Գ . Ստեփանյանին, որից հետո՝ ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում, հիշյալ վիճաբանության շուրջ առաջացած փոխհարաբերությունները պարզաբանելու նպատակով նրան են հանդիպել Գ. Ստեփանյանը և վերջինիս եղբայրներ Ռ. և Ա. Ստեփանյանները:
Տղաների միջև սկսվել է ծեծկռտուք, որի ընթացքում 17-ամյա երիտասարդն իր մոտ եղած դանակով դիտավորությամբ հարվածներ է հասցրել Ռ.և Ա. Ստեփանյանների մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, որի արդյունքում վերջիններս դեպքի վայրից հեռացել են, և վեճը դադարել է:
Առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարելու կասկածանքով 17-ամյա երիտասարդը ձերբակալվել է: Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատակենսաբանական և դատահետքաբանական փորձաքննություններ: Նախաքննութ
