Հրապարակվել են Սիրիայում հրադադարի վերաբերյալ Ռուսաստանի և Վաշինգթոնի միջև ձեռք բերված համաձայնության հիմնական դրույթները:
Ճիշտ է, հիշյալ համաձայնության որոշ հատվածներ արդեն քննարկվել էին ԶԼՄ-ներում, բայց արդեն բուն տեքստի հիմնական դրույթների լայն հանրությանը ներկայացնելը, ըստ իս, խոսում է սիրիական հակամարտության այս փուլում կրակի դադարեցման ռեժիմի անիրագործելիության մասին:
Իսկ ինչու՞ անորոշ, որովհետև հրադադար չի ստացվում սահմանել Սիրիայում: Դա Սիրիայում նկատվեց հենց անմիջապես հրադադարի հայտարարման օրը` սեպտեմբերի 12-ին, երբ բախումներն ու ռազմգործողությունները շարունակվեցին: Չնայած համաձայնությանը՝ ամեն ինչ այդքան էլ հարթ չէր նաև գերտերություների վարքագծում Սիրիայի հետ կապված, և նկատվեցին հակասություններ:

Սիրիայում շարունակվող ռազմգործողություններին զուգահեռ՝ երեկ Նյու Յորքում ռուսների և ամերիկացիների միջև բանակցություններ տեղի ունեցան, որոնք արդյունք չտվեցին, իսկ այսօր սիրիական կառավարական ուժերն անցել են հարձակման Սիրիայի հյուսիսային որոշ հատվածներում, այդ թվում՝ Հալեպի նահանգում: Ըստ էության՝ այս ամենը վերջակետ է դնում սեպտեմբերի 12-ին հայտարարված հրադադարին: 

Ինչևէ, ստորև ներկայացված Ռուսաստան-ԱՄՆ համաձայնության տեքստից կարելի է ենթադրել, որ բոլոր կողմերի (այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանի և ԱՄՆ-ի) ուշադրության կենտրոնում է հենց Հալեպը, որի հետագա ճակատագիրն էլ փորձ է արվում (արվելու) կանխորոշելու: Այստեղ մենք (ՀՀ, եկեղեցի, հայկական սփյուռք և այլն) ևս անելիք ունենք, քանզի ռազմական գործողությունները շարունակվում են, իսկ դեռևս անորոշ ճակատագրով Հալեպում ունենք հայկական համայնք:
