Դինքի սպանության գործով դատական նիստերը կշարունակվեն սեպտեմբերի վերջին

Ստամբուլի հայկական «Ակոս» պարբերականի նախկին գլխավոր խմբագիր Հրանտ Դինքի գործով նոր դատական նիստերը կկայանան սեպտեմբերի 26-ին, 27-ին, 29-ին և 30-ին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է «Ակոս»-ը:
Ստամբուլի` ծանր հանցագործությունները քննող 14-րդ դատարանում շարունակվող նիստերում կքննվի 35 կասկածյալի դատապարտելու հարցը: Նրանց շարքում են նաև նախկին պաշտոնյաներ, ինչպիսիք են Ստամբուլի Ոստիկանության նախկին պետ Ջելալեթին Ջերահը, Ստամբուլի հետախուզական վարչության նախկին պետ Ռամազան Աքյուրեքը, Ստամբուլի ոստիկանության հետախուզական բաժնի նախկին տնօրեն Ալի Ֆուաթ Յըլմազերը, Թուրքիայի անվտանգության վարչության հետախուզական բաժնի նախկին ղեկավար Սաբրի Ուզունը, Ոստիկանության հետախուզության բաժնի պետ Էնգին Դինչը:
Ստամբուլի «Ակոս» թերթի հայազգի խմբագրապետ Հրանտ Դինքը սպանվել է 2007 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին`խմբագրության առջև նրա վրա կատարված զինված հարձակման արդյունքում:
2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ` Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը ցմահբանտարկության դատապարտվեց, անմիջական հանցագործ Օգյուն Սամասթը` 22 տարվա ազատազրկման:
2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում էր կայացրելՀրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով դատավարությունը սկսել զրոյից: Այս անգամ բոլոր ամբաստանյալներին պետք էառաջադրվեր «հանցավոր խմբավորման ստեղծման և կառավարման կամ դրանում մասնակցությո ւն ունենալու»մեղադրանք: Բացի այդ, որոշումներ էին ընդունվել Դինքի սպանության ժամանակ բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցրած 9անձանց, այդ թվում` Ստամբուլի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ջելալեթին Ջերահի նկատմամբ դատական գործեր հարուցելուկապակցությամբ:
