Նախօրեին՝ Հայաստանի Անկախության 25-ամյակին նվիրված զորահանդեսն առնվազն արտաքին լսարանին ուղղված իր ուղերձով, կարելի է ասել, խփել է ճիշտ նշանակետին: Երեւանի Հանրապետության հրապարակում ցուցադրված գերարդիական սպառազինություններն ու հատկապես «Իսկանդեր» համալիրները հարուցել են ադրբեջանական նոր հիսթերիա, որն անթաքույց կերպով դրսեւորվել է նաեւ այդ երկրի բարձրագույն ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության հրատապ արձագանքով:

Մասնավորապես՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի հրամանով զորահանդեսից անմիջապես հետո այդ երկրի պաշտպանության նախարարությունում խորհրդակցություն է անցկացվել: Ինչպես հայտնում է ադրբեջանական ԱՊԱ գործակալությունը՝ հղում անելով Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ մամուլի ծառայությանը՝ խորհրդակցության ժամանակ հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվել հետախուզական գործունեության բոլոր տեսակների ամրապնդմանը՝ «թշնամու կողմից վերահսկվող տարածքում նոր թիրախների հայտնաբերման, դրանց նշանակության գնահատման եւ դրանց ոչնչացման հաջորդականությունը որոշելու համար»: Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարար Զաքիր Հասանովն էլ հրամայել է «ուժգնացնել թշնամու ռազմավարական օբյեկտների նկատմամբ վերահսկողությունն ու անհրաժեշտության դեպքում պատրաստ լինել ոչնչացնել այդ օբյեկտները»:

Ինքնին հասկանալի է, որ այս խորհրդակցություններն ու հանձնարարականները առաջին հերթին նպատակ ունեն ներքին լսարանին հանգստացնելու եւ մեղմելու այն քարոզչական շոկը, որը շարքային ադրբեջանցիներն ապրեցին՝ լսելով հայտարարություններ, թե Բաքուն գտնվում է հայկական զինուժի նշանակետում: Մյուս կողմից էլ միամտություն է մտածել, որ նման հայտարարութունները կարող են էական ազդեցություն ունենալ երկու երկրների ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարների կայացնելիք որոշումների վրա: Բնականաբար Ալիեւի կամ Հասանովի համար ամենեւին նորություն չէր, որ Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին դեռ ամիսներ առաջ է փոխանցել «Իսկանդեր» համալիրները:

Այլ խնդիր է, որ հիմա՝ դրանց ցուցադրությունից հետո, Բաքվում պետք է սեփական ժողովրդին հանգստացնելու ձեւ գտնեն: Իսկ դա կարող է լինելու երկու եղանակով. 1. Ռազմական հռետորաբանության նոր պոռթկումների տեսքով, 2. «Իսկանդերին» համարժեք սպառազինության ձեռք բերմամբ: Առաջին տարբերակն այլեւս շատ էֆեկտիվ չէ: Թեեւ՝ ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո այն որոշակիորեն սկսել է աշխատել՝ հայկական կողմից 800 հեկտար տարածքի կորստյան արդյունքում, սակայն, այդուհանդերձ, ժամանակավոր էֆեկտ կունենա: Ուստի Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունն առաջիկայում ամեն կերպ պետք է փորձի երկրորդ եղանակով խնդիրը լուծել եւ Ռուսաստանից գնել «Իսկանդեր» համալիրներ: Ահա, այստեղ է, որ պարզ կդառնա, թե իրականում ինչպիսի խնդիր էր փորձում լուծել Ռուսաստանը՝ Հայաստանին տրամադրելով «Իսկանդեր» համալիրները:
