Կահիրեում տոնել են Հայաստանի անկախության 25 ամյակը

Եգիպտոսում ՀՀ դեսպանությունում սեպտեմբերի 22-ին տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության 25-ամյակին նվիրված պաշտոնական ընդունելություն: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:
Հյուրերի թվում էին ԵԱՀ տարածքային զարգացման նախարար Ահմեդ Զաքի Բադրը, ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Իհաբ Նասրը, խորհրդարանի անդամներ, տարբեր նախարարությունների և գերատեսչությունների բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ, Եգիպտոսի դիվանագիտական կորպուսի ներկայացուցիչներ, քաղաքական և հասարակական գործիչներ, գործարարներ, լրագրողներ, եգիպտահայ համայնքի անդամներ։
Ողջույնի խոսքում դեսպան Արմեն Մելքոնյանը ներկայացրել է անկախության 25 տարիների ընթացքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անցած ուղին, արձանագրած ձեռքբերումներն ու առկա մարտահրավերները:
ՀՀ դեսպանը նշել է, որ հայ-եգիպտական հարաբերությունները միշտ եղել են բարձր մակարդակի վրա՝ հիմքում ունենալով երկու բարեկամ ժողովուրդներին միավորող խորը պատմամշակութային ընդհանրություններն ու ավանդույթները: Արմեն Մելքոնյանը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ երկկողմ փոխգործակցությունը ընդլայնելու ու խորացնելու համար առկա է մեծ ներուժ:
Նախօրեին ՀՀ դեսպանություն էր այցելել ԵԱՀ նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Աբդել Ազիզ Էլ-Շերիֆը, ով Հայաստանի անկախության տոնի առթիվ դեսպան Մելքոնյանին էր փոխանցել երկրի ղեկավարի ջերմ շնորհավորանքներն ու բարեմաղթանքները՝ ուղղված ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին և բարեկամ հայ ժողովրդին:
