ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարարի հանձնարարությամբ ապրիլյան պատերազմի մասնակից բոլոր ուսանողների ուսման վարձերը զեղճվելու է: Սակայն, պարզվում է, որ ԲՈՒՀ-երի կերած-տռզած ղեկավարությունը իրենց չափանիշներով են առաջնորդվում ու ուսանողի զինգրքույկի մեջ նշված ,,մարտական հերթապահությունը,, չեն համարում մարտական գործողություն և Թալիշում , Մատաղիսում ծառայածներին զրկում այդ զեղճից:
Ես առաջարկ ունեմ ՀՀ ԿԳՆ-ին. զինգրքույկում նշված բոլոր սահմանային զորամասերի զինվորները, ովքեր ուսանողներ են, օգտվեն այդ զեղճից : Տնաշեններ , ապրիլին ողջ ազգը մասնակցեց պատերազմին, հիմա հինգ ամիս անց չեք կարողանում կողմնորշվել թե՞ որ ուսանողն է մասնակցել, որը չէ: Թե անպայման պետք է ոտքը, ձեռքը կտրած լինի, նոր համոզվե՞ք...
Հ.Գ. ԲՈՒՀ- երի ղեկավարություն, մի հատ հետույքներդ շարժեք, գիտական աստիճաններդ մի կողմ դրեք ու մտեք լսարան էդ կռված տղերքի ձեռքերը համբուրեք... Հերիք եղավ...
