Արցախում զորավարժությունները անասելի ուժգնությամբ խոցել են Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների ինքնատիրապետումը: Առիթ բաց չեն թողնում այն թիրախավորելու համար: Դասական փողկապներով հիսթերիա:
Արցախում զորավարժություն են անում, Ադրբեջանում վայնասուն է, Արցախում շնչում են, Ադրբեջանում՝ վայնասուն է... Ուստի հրադադարի խախտման դեպքերը պայմանավորված են հենց ադրբեջանական վախի սինդրոմով: Երբ ունես հակառակորդ ու որից վախը դրսևորվում է սեփական ջղաձգումներով, նման իրավիճակներ են ստեղծվում, ընդհուպ Ալիևի մակարդակով անվտանգության նիստի անցկացում, այսինքն՝ թատրոն են անում տարբեր հարթակներում, այնիչ բանակցային գործընթացում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները լավ կլիներ կատարեին ու հրադադարի ռեժիմը պահպանեին:
Հրադադարի ռեժիմի ադրբեջանական խախտման պահով կարող ենք ենթադրել, եթե ադրբեջանցի «դիքապահները» հերթապահություն իրականացնեն ոչ թե ինքնաձիգներով, այլ ասենք նռնակներով, ուրեմն հրադադարի խախտման դեպքերը պետք է արձանագրվեն բազմաթիվ «ինքնատրաքումներով», քանզի «կալցոն քաշելը» հաստատ ջղաձգում ա, իսկ այն նետելու համար արդեն կայուն հոգեբանություն պետք է ունենալ, որի առկայությունը կասկած է հարուցում:
