Նորանշանակ նախարարների անկուսակցական լինելը կարելի է ասել, որ անսպասելի էր հանրության կողմից: Այսօր բազմազան մեկնաբանություններ ու գնահատականներ ենք լսում նրանց և նախկինում նրանց ծավալած գործունեության վերաբերյալ:
Նորանշանակ նախարարների անկուսակցական լինելու փաստը պետք է ասենք, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքական պատմությանը նոր երանգ է հաղորդում: Այս փորձին մենք ականատես չենք եղել նախկինում, որից սպասելիքները մեծ են: Պրակտիկայի համաձայն միշտ էլ առանձին ոլորտների պատասխանատուներ նշանակվել են իշխանական կուսակցությունների ներկայացուցիչները, որոնք գործել են իրենց քաղաքական ուժի քաղաքական շահերի շրջանակներում և չեն եղել անկաշկանդ:
Այսօր ականատես ենք լինում մի իրավիճակի, երբ Կարեն Կարապետյանը թարմացնում է ամբողջ համակարգը, վերանայում տարբեր ոլորտներ և իրականացնում կառուցվածքային փոփոխություններ: Կարող ենք ենթադրել, որ հետագայում ևս կառավարությունում կհայտվեն նոր դեմքեր:
