Կառավարության նախորդ նիստում ազդարարվեց գործադիրում կառուցվածքային փոփոխությունների մեկնարկը: Անվանափոխություն կլինեն Էկոնոմիկայի և տրանսպորտի նախարարություններում, որին համարժեք նաև բովանդակային փոփոխություններ կլինեն տվյալ գերատեսչություններում:
ԵՊՀ Կառավարման և գործարարության ամբիոնի վարիչ Կառլեն Խաչատրյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը Ներդրումների և ձեռնարկատիրության աջակցման նախարարություն վերանվանելը առավելապես պայմանավորված է նախարարության հիմնական գործառույթների շեշտադրման անհրաժեշտությամբ:
«Սրանով հստակ առանձնացվում են նախարարության երկու կարևորագույն գործառույթները՝ երկրում ներդրումների խթանումը և ձեռնարկատիրության զարգացումը: Ներդրումային բարենպաստ միջավայրի ձևավորումն ու գործարար միջավայրի խթանումը միմյանց հետ շատ սերտ փոխկապված գործառույթներ են և դրանց հաջող իրականացումը կարող է շեշտակիորեն փոխել Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացման միտումները: Անշուշտ, նախկինում ևս այս խնդիրները եղել են Էկոնոմիկայի նախաարության գործունեության տիրույթում, սակայն նախարարության անվանափոխությամբ մենք փաստացի հստակ առաջնահերթություններ ենք սահմանում նախարարության գործառույթների միջև»,- ասաց վերջինս:
Տնտեսագետի խոսքով՝ շատ ավելի կարևոր է, թե ինչպես են իրականացվում այս կամ այն գործառույթները, ինչպես են լուծում ստանում այս կամ այն խնդիրները, քան ինչպես է կոչվում նախարարությունը: «Այդուհանդերձ, չի կարելի չընդունել, որ անվանափոխելով մենք էլ ավելի ենք կոնկրետացնում և առավել հասկանալի ենք դարձնում նրա առաքելությունը: Ինչ վերաբերում է զբոսաշրջության ոլորտն Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունից առանձնացնելու և առանձին կոմիտե ստեղծելու գաղափարին, ապա դա պետք է դիտել ոլորտի ունեցած պոտենցիալն առավելագույնս օգտագործելու ձգտմամբ:
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ զբոսաշրջությունը բավական մեծ պոտենցիալ ունի և ոլորտի առջև ծառացած խնդիրների լուծման տեսանկյունից առանձին, ինքնուրույն կառույցի առկայությունը կնպաստի զբոսաշրջության զարգացմանը: Հաճախ խոսում ենք, որ առանձին կառույցների ստեղծումը պետական ապարատի ուռճացման է հանգեցնում, ինչն էլ բացասաբար է ազդում պետական ծախսերի վրա: Սակայն այս դեպքում կարևոր է նաև հաշվի առնել այն, թե հավելյալ ապարատի առկայությունը ինչ արդյունքի է հանգեցնում: Զբոսաշրջության ոլորտում թիրախավորված աշխատանքը միարժեք կտա ցանկալի արդյունք և ոլորտի խնդիրներով զբաղվող առանձին կոմիտեի աշխատանքի արդյունավետությունը տեսանելի կլինի կարճաժամկետ հատվածում»,- եզրափակեց խոսքը Կառլեն Խաչատրյանը:
