- 1 թեյի գդալ մեղր
- 200 մլն թուրինջի (գրեյպֆրուտ) քամած թարմ հյութ
- 2 թեյի գդալ խնձորի քացախ
Հեղուկը խառնեք այնքան, մինչև մեղրն ամբողջությամբ լուծվի։ Այն ընդունեք օրական 2 անգամ՝ 100 մլ չափաբաժնով՝ ուտելուց 30 րոպե առաջ (նախաճաշից ու ընթրիքից առաջ)։ Ըմպելիքը 1 շաբաթ ընդունելուց հետո 1 շաբաթով դադար տվեք։
