ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ արտակարգ նիստը Սիրիայի հարցով կկայանա այսօր երեկոյան

ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի արտակարգ նիստը Սիրիայի Հալեպ քաղաքում իրավիճակի հարցով կկայանա այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 25-ին, Նյու Յորքի ժամանակով 11.00-ին։ ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ աշխատանքի ծրագիրը տարածել է կազմակերպության մամուլի ծառայությունը։ Հանդիպումը կայանալու է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի, Ֆրանսիայի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի նախաձեռնությամբ։ Ավելի վաղ «Ֆրանս Փրես»-ը հայտնել էր, որ հանդիպումը տեղի է ունենալու կապված Սիրիայի Հալեպ քաղաքում ռազմական գործողությունների հեր կապված։
Ավելի վաղ Սիրիայի բանակի հրամանատարությունը հայտարարել էր ահաբեկիչների կողմից գրավված արեւելյան Հալեպում ռազմական գործողություններ սկսելու մասին։ Հրամանատարությունը կոչ էր արել բոլոր խաղաղ բնակիչներին չմոտենալ գրոհայինների կուտակումների վայրերին եւ նրանց հրամանատարական կետերին։ Սիրիայի զինվորականները նաեւ հայտարարել էին, որ Սիրիայի օդուժը չի հարվածել ոչ մի քաղաքացիական թիրախի կամ ենթակառուցվածքնբերի, Սիրայի բանակը հարվածում է միայն ռազմական թիրախների եւ ահաբեկիչների կուտակումների վայրերին՝ նախապես հետախուզական հետազոտությունից հետո։
ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Բան Կի-Մունը նախօրեին մեկնաբանել էր Հալեպում ստեղծված իրավիճակը՝ նշելով, որ Սիրիայի բանակի կողմից արելեւյան Հալեպը գրավելու մասին հայտարարելուց հետո անընդհատ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ ավիահարվածների ժամանակ օգտագործվում է հակաբունկերային ռումբեր։
Նա կոչ է արել միջազգային հանրությանը միավորվել եւ հստակ ազդակ հաղորդել, որ չեն հանդուրժելու խաղաղ բնակիչների դեմ մահաբեր հզոր զենքերի կիրառումը։
