Մեր օրերում թունաքիմիկատներ են պարունակում գրեթե բոլոր տեսակի թեյերը, որոնք աճում են Հնդկաստանում, Չինաստանում կամ այլ «թեյի երկրներում»:

Հայտնի թեյերը պարունակում են մեծ քանակությամբ տոքսիններ, ինչպիսիք են ֆտորիդները և թունաքիմիկատները:

Ֆտորիդ ասելով պետք է հասկանալ ոչ թե կալցիումի ֆտորիդը, որը առկա է բնության մեջ, այլ սինթետիկ ֆտորիդը՝ թունավոր հավելանյութ:

Այս նյութերի մակարդակը թեյերի տուփիկներում այնքան բարձր է, որ վաղուց վտանգավոր է հանդիսանում: Այն կարող է հանգեցնել ոսկրերի, ատամների և երիկամների հիվանդությունների, ինչպես նաև քաղցկեղի: Ֆտորիդը՝ օրգանիզմ մուտք գործելուց հետո տարիներով դուրս չի գալիս:

Այդ իսկ պատճառով էժանագին թեյերը նույն բացասական ազդեցությունն են ունենում մարդու առողջության վրա, ինչ որ ցածրորակ սնունդը:

Թեյերի մեծամասնությունը չեն լվացվում չորացվելուց առաջ: Իսկ ապրանքանիշների մեծ մասը իրենց թեյերի մեջ կանցերոգեններ է պարունակում:

Փեյի թուփը ի սկզբանե պարունակում է ֆտորիդ՝ աճի ընթացքում: Դա նշանակում է, որ հին տերևներում դրա պարունակությունն ավելի շատ է: Ցածրորակ թեյերը պատրաստվում են հին տերևներից, որոնք պարունակում են շատ ավելի ֆտորիդ, քան նորերը:

Նույն ձևով էլ վտանգավոր են առողջության համար հենց տուփիկները, որոնց մեջ լցվում է թեյը:

 

Իսկ ի՞նչ անել: Չխմե՞լ թեյ ընդհանրապես:

Առաջին հերթին՝ գնեք տերևներով թեյ և թրմեք ինքներդ: Ինչքան էլ որ տուփիկներով թեյերն ավելի հարմարավետ են օգտագործման համար՝ միևնույն է, ձեր առողջությունն ավելի թանկ է:

Երկրորդը՝ սպիտակ թեյ խմեք: Դրա մեջ ֆտորիդի պարունակությունն ավելի քիչ է:
