Ֆտորիդ ասելով պետք է հասկանալ ոչ թե կալցիումի ֆտորիդը, որը առկա է բնության մեջ, այլ սինթետիկ ֆտորիդը՝ թունավոր հավելանյութ:

Երկրորդը՝ սպիտակ թեյ խմեք: Դրա մեջ ֆտորիդի պարունակությունն ավելի քիչ է:
