Շվեյցարիայում հատուկ ծառայությունների լիազորությունների ընդլայնման մասին հանրաքվե է սկսվել

Շվեյցարիայում հանրաքվե է անցկացվում ,որտեղ բացի ամենայնից քվեարկության է դրված երկրի հետախուզական ծառայությունների լիազորությունների ընդլայնման մասին օրենքի ընդունման հարցը, հայտնում է  BBC–ի Ռուսական ծառայությունը:

Ավելի վաղ երկրի Դաշնային ժողովը նոր օրենք է ընդունել հետախուզական ծառայությունների մասին , սակայն այն դեռ ուժի մեջ չի մտել:

Օրենքի հակառակորդները պահանջել են այն ազգային հանրաքվեի դնել: Նրանք համարում են, որ դրա ընդունումը կարող է սահմանափակել քաղաքացու անձնական ազատությունը , իսկ ահաբեկչական գործունեությանը գրեթե չի խանգարի:

Բացի դրանից նրանք նշում են, որ օրենքը կարող է սպառնալ Շվեյցարիայի չեզոք կարգավիճակին, քանի որ այն նախատեսում է սերտ համագործակցություն օտարերկրյա հետախուզական գործակալությունների հետ:

Ըստ նոր օրենքի՝ Դաշնային հետախուզական ծառայությունն ու իշխանության մյուս մարմինները հնարավորություն են ստանում գաղտնալսել հեռախոսազրույցները, հսկել ինտերնետային հաղորդագրությունները ու գաղտնի վիդեոդիտարկում իրականացնել կասկածյալների նկատմամբ:

Միաժամանակ նաեւ նոր միջոցառումեր են ներդրվում հետախուզական ծառայությունների նկատմամբ հսկողությունը ուժեղացնելու ուղղությամբ: Մասնավորապես ստեղծելու է հատուկ դաշնային տրիբունալ ու դաշնային խորհրդականների ինստիտուտ, որոնք պետք է թույլատվություններ տան տեղեկությունները «որսալու» համար:

Հիմա շվեյցարական օրենքները արգելում են իշխանություններին փակ աղբյուրներ օգտագործել երկրի ներսում անվտանգության սպառնալիքները գնահատելու համար:
