Վրաստանի հասարակության մի մեծ զանգված վերջին 4 տարիներին մնացել նույնքան կարիքի մեջ, որքան որ եղել է մինչեւ այդ: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Վրաստանի նախկին վարչապետ Բիձինա Իվանիշվիլին՝ ելույթ ունենալով «Քաղաքացի» կազմակերպության կազմակերպած խորհրդաժողովում:
Նրա խոսքով, շատ դժվար է բացատրել հասարակությանն այն սկզբունքային փոփոխությունները, որոնք տեղի են ունեցել: «Հասարակության մի մեծ զանգված վերջին 4 տարիներին մնացել նույնքան կարիքի մեջ: Նրանց համար դժվար է գնահատել կառավարության դերը եւ փոփոխությունները: Շատ դժար է դա անել գործազուրկ մարդուն, իսկ նրանք շատ են: Չի ունեցել աշխատանք նախկին կառավարության ժամանակ, չունի նաեւ հիմա: Եկամուտները մարդկանց եւս չեն աճել», - խոստովանել է Իվանիշվիլին:
Նրա խոսքով, 2012 թ.-ին «Միասնական ազգային շարժում» կուսակցության կառավարությունն ավելացրել է սոցիալապես անապահովների քանակը ընդհուպ մինչեւ կես միլիոն: «Այնուհետեւ նոր իշխանությունները վերանայել է որոշակի գործակիցներ եւ կրճատել այդ թիվը: Հասարակության մեծ մասը կարիքի մեջ է եւ նրանց շատ դժվար է բացատել կատարված փոփոխությունները», - ասել է նա:
Միեւնույն ժամանակ Իվանիշվիլին չի ընդունում ստեղծված իրավիճակում կառավարության մեղքը: «Կառավարությո՞ւնն է մեղավոր: Իհարկե, ոչ: Սա մեր վերջին շրջանի պատմության հետեւանքն է», - ասել է նա:
