5 մթերքներ, որոնք քաղցկեղ են առաջացնում

1. Գարեջուր, գինի և այլ ալկոհոլային խմիչքներ


Ալկոհոլը կարող է մեծացնել աղեստամոքսային համակարգի և կրծքի քաղցկեղի առաջացման հավանականությունը, քանի որ մեծ քանակությամբ ալկոհոլ մարսելու ընթացքում օրգանիզմն արտադրում է քիմիական միացություններ, որոնք վնասում են սպիտակուցները և ԴՆԹ-ն։

2. Պահածոյացված մթերքներ


Թարմ մթերքները, բնականաբար, ավելի համեղ և սննդարար են, քան պահածոյացվածները, սակայն թարմ մթերքները շատ ավելի թանկ են և հասանելի չեն ամբողջ տարվա ընթացքում։ ԱՄՆ-ում անցկացված հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ քաղցկեղի զարգացման և նյարդաբանական շեղումների 70% դեպքերը սերտ կապված են պահածոյացված մթերքների պարբերական օգտագործման հետ։

3. Արհեստականորեն աճեցված ձկներ


Արհեստականորեն աճեցված ձկները շատ ավելի քիչ օգուտ են տալիս օրգանիզմին, քան բնական պայմաններում ծնվածները։ Բացի այդ՝ շատ ոչ բարեխիղճ գործարարներ չեն հետևում աճեցման խցիկների մաքրությանը և ձկների առողջությանը, այդ իսկ պատճառով նույնիսկ ամենաթանկ աճեցված ձկան փափկամսի մեջ հաճախ առկա են վնասակար նյութեր։

4. Հիդրոգենացված ճարպեր


Բուսական յուղը վերամշակում են ջրածնով, ինչի արդյունքում ստացվում է ավելի էժան ապրանք՝ ավելի երկար պահպանման ժամկետով։ Այդպիսի ճարպերով պատրաստված մթերքները կարող են շնչերակների խցանման պատճառ դառնալ՝ այդ իսկ կերպով վատ ազդելով ուղեղի աշխատունակության վրա։ Բացի այդ՝ դրանք խոչընդոտում են օգտակար միկրոէլեմենտների մատակարարմանը օրգանիզմ և դանդաղեցնում են վնասակար նյութերի՝ օրգանիզմից հեռացման գործընթացը։
