«Միսս Հայաստան», «Վիցե-միսս Եվրոպա 2005» Լուսինե Թովմասյանը տեւական ժամանակ է` էկրաններին չի երեւում: Հատկապես դստեր ծնունդից հետո նա ամբողջովին նվիրվել է ընտանիքին: «Ժողովուրդ»-ը պարզել է` ինչով է այժմ զբաղված հաղորդավարուհին եւ «Մի՛ վախեցիր», «Արտիստը» ֆիլմերի հերոսուհին, արդյոք նա կվերադառնա ասպարեզ: 
«Երբեմն մասնակցում եմ fashion week-երի եւ ցուցադրությունների, հանդես եմ գալիս որպես մոդել, սակայն դա իմ հոբբին է. այսինքն` մասնակցում եմ այն միջոցառումներին, որոնք իմ սրտով են եւ որոնք ինձ հաճույք են պատճառում: Օրինակ` իմ մասնակցությամբ վերջին ցուցադրությունը, որի ընթացքում ներկայացվում էին դիզայներ Վահան Խաչատրյանի գործերը, Ստրասբուրգում էր, մայիսին: Դրանից առաջ հանդես եմ եկել Փարիզում եւ Կիեւում` նույն դիզայների գործերի ցուցադրությունների շրջանակում»,-պատմեց Լուսինեն:
Նա նաեւ նշեց, որ հեռուստատեսությունում աշխատելու, որպես հաղորդավարուհի հանդես գալու մտքեր ու հեռանկարներ ունի, սակայն դեռեւս չցանկացավ փակագծեր բացել, քանի որ պլանները հստակեցված չեն:
Մեր այն դիտարկմանը, թե նախկինում Լուսինե Թովմասյանը համարվում էր բիզնես-լեդի, այնինչ՝ այժմ չենք կարող նրան նույն բնութագիրը տալ, գեղեցկուհին պատասխանեց. «Իհարկե, հիմա շատ բան է փոխվել. իմ ուսերից մեծ հոգս է ընկել: Հիմա ես ունեմ ամուսին, որը հոգում է իմ բոլոր կարիքները: Բացի այդ` պետք է ասեմ, որ մինչեւ օրս չեմ տեսել մի ոլորտ, որտեղ կարելի է գումար ներդնել: Եթե տեսնեմ, կանեմ դա»:
