ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ն իր 7777-րդ նիստում քննարկել Է Հալեպի իրադրությունը

ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդը (ԱԽ) սեպտեմբերի 25-ին անցկացրել Է իր թվով 7777-րդ նիստը՝ այն նվիրելով Սիրիայի Հալեպ քաղաքի իրադրությանը, որտեղ կառավարական զորքերը գործողություն են իրականացնում զինված խմբավորումների դեմ: Արտահերթ հանդիպում գումարած Մեծ Բրիտանիան, ԱՄՆ-ն եւ Ֆրանսիան իրենց ելույթներում մեղադրանքներ են հնչեցրել Դամասկոսի եւ Մոսկվայի հասեին՝ հանդիպելով կտրուկ պատասխան հակազդեցության, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:  

Անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամներին զեկուցելով Հալեպի իրադրության մասին՝ ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի հատուկ դեսպանորդ Ստաֆան դե Միստուրան հայտնել Է, որ քաղաքի արեւելյան մասի վրա, որը զինյալների ձեռքին Է, ավիահարվածների հետեւանքով զոհվել Է 139 մարդ: Հանձնակատարն Անվտանգության խորհրդին կոչ Է արել ապահովել խաղաղ բնակիչների պաշտպանությունը, հասնել մարտական գործողությունների ամենշաբաթյա 48-ժամյա դադարների եւ հիվանդների ու վիրավորների տարահանման:

Նրա խոսքով՝ «Մոսկվան եւ Վաշինգտոնը տակավին «հնարավորությունների շատ փոքր պատուհան» ունեն», որպեսզի «սիրիացիներին  եւ տարածաշրջանին օգնեն հետ քաշվելու անդունդի եզրից» եւ խուսափելու արյունահեղ դիմակայության շարունակումից:

Սիրիայի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Բաշար Ջաֆարին ուշադրություն Է հրավիրել այն բանի վրա, որ ԱԽ-ի արեւմտյան անդամները արտահերթ նիստ են հրավիրում «ամեն անգամ, երբ մոտենում Է զինված ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների պարտությունը», ինչպես նաեւ ՄԱԿ-ում հրավիրված հանդիպմանը տեղի ուենցողը համարել Է անհեթեթության թատրոն:

Անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամների եռյակի՝ ԱՄՆ-ի, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի եւ Ֆրանսիայի պատվիրակությունները չեն լսել սիրիացի դիվանագետի ելույթը՝ միաժամանակ դուրս գալով դահլիճից այն բանից անմիջապես հետո, երբ նա խոսք Է խնդրել:

Նիստի ավարտից հետո ՌԴ-ի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Չուրկինը չի համաձայնել այն տեսակետին, թե Սիրիայի վերաբերյալ ՌԴ-ի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի միջեւ համաձայնությունների վրա կարելի Է խաչ քաշել: «Ես այդպես չեմ մտածում, բայց դա արտակարգ բարդ իրավիճակ Է: Ես չեմ կարծում, թե այն (գործարքը) մեռած Է»,- ընդգծել Է նա, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
