Կալիֆորնիայում բնակվող Ջոն Էլեջը, ով զբաղվում է մարիխուանայի աճեցմամբ, և նրա հարսնացու Ուիթնի Ալեքսանդերը որոշել են իրենց հարսանիքի հյուրերին գարեջրի փոխարեն մարիխուանա հյուրասիրել, գրում է The Daily Mail-ը:

Հրաժարվելով բոլոր հյուրերին անվճար ալկոհոլ հյուրասիրելու ավանդույթից և, որպես դրա հետևանք, երեկոյի վերջում հարբած հյուրեր ունենալու մտքից՝ զույգը վրան է պատրաստել մարիխուանայի բացօթյա բարով և բարմենով, ով հյուրերին առաջարկել է մենյուի մեջ առկա մարիխուանայի 13 տեսակի փունջ։

Վրանը տեղադրվել է հյուրերից քիչ հեռու։

Զույգն ուսումնասիրել է նաև մարիխուանա հյուրասիրելու օրինականությունը: Օրեգոն նահանգի օրենքների համաձայն, որտեղ անցկացվել է արարողությունը, նման իրադարձությունն օրինական է, եթե այն անցկացվում է մասնավոր տարածքում և եթե ալկոհոլ չի մատուցվում:

Զույգը նաև անվտանգության լրացուցիչ միջոցներ է ձեռնարկել: Բարմենի պատասխանատվության տակ է եղել այնպես անել, որ հյուրերը չափից շատ չծխեն:

Բացի այդ, բոլոր հյուրերի համար ապահովվել է հարսանիքի վայր և հակառակ ուղղությամբ տեղափոխությունը։

Selection: The strands of pot were picked by the bride and groom and each delivered different highs 

The tent was set away from the rest of the reception and facing away from the crowd to control where the smoke went, the bride said

Follow the signs: Signs like this were put in the ground to guide guests from the reception to the weed tent
