Ադրբեջանի ԿԸՀ-ն կեղծում է հանրաքվեի մասնակիցների թիվը

Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը երկրում հանրաքվեին մասնակցած ադրբեջանցիների սխալ թիվ է հաղորդում: Ինչպես հաղորում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի ադրբեջանական ծառայությանը հայտնել է ընտրական փորձագետ Բաշ իր Սուլեյմանլըն:
Ադրբեջանի ԿԸՀ-ն տեղեկացրել էր, որ ժամը 10-ի դրությամբ հանրաքվեին մասնակցել է ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցողների 12 տոկոսը: Սուլեյմանլըի խոսքով` այս տեղեկությունը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը և տոկոսային թվաքանակն ուռճացված է: «Երկրում ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցող 5 միլիոն մարդ կա: Դրանց 12 տոկոսը փոքր թիվ չէ: Ես այսօր առավոտվանից քաղաքում ուսումնասիրություններ եմ անցկացնում և չեմ տեսել դեռևս մարդկային կուտակումներ ընտրատեղամասերում: Քանի որ երկրում սահմանափակվում են քաղաքական ազատությունները, հանրաքվեի անցկացման մասին լայն տեղեկութ յուններ չեն հաղորդվել»,- ասել է Սուլեյմանլըն:
Ադրբեջանի ԿԸՀ-ն ավելի ուշ հրապարակեց նոր տվյալներ ընտրական իրավունք ունեցող քաղաքացիների մասնակցության վերաբերյալ, որի համաձայն` ժամը 12.00-ի տվյալներով հանրաքվեին մասնակցել է ընտրողների 30.6 տոկոսը:
Հանրաքվեի ընթացքի վերաբերյալ արդեն իսկ ստացվել են հաղորդումներ ընտրախախտումների մասին:
