Աշոտ Եսայանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

1. Հստակեցնել է պետք Սփյուռքի նախարարության գործառույթները և աշխատակազմի քանակը, հակառակ դեպքում ստացվում է, որ գործարարները ավելի շատ բան են անում Հայաստան-Սփյուռք կապերը ամրապնդելու համար, քան հենց ինքը նախարարությունը: Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը սփյուռքահայ երիտասարդներին հնարավորություն է տալիս իր միջոցների հաշվին անվճար ուսում ստանալ Հայաստանում, Սփյուռքի նախարարության ներկայացուցիչը գալիս նստում է հանդիպմանը և անուն հանում՝ իբր թե իրենք ևս զբաղված են գործով: Ի՞նչ իմաստ կա պետական միջոցներից ֆինանսավորել մի կառույցի, որը չի կարողանում իր լիազորությունների շրջանակներում արդյունքի հասնել, այնպիսի արդյունքի, որ տեսանելի և շոշափելի լինի:

2. Մշակույթի նախարարությունը ընդհանրապես պետք է փակվի: Քանի որ Քաղաքաշինության նախարարությունը վերանվանվել է Ճարտարապետության և մշակութային արժեքների պահպանության կոմիտե, ապա նոր լիազորությունների շրջանակը կարելի է նաև համալրել մշակույթի նախարարության գործառույթներով, ըստ այդմ՝ ահագին գումարներ կտնտեսվեն պետբյուջեից: Ինչու՞, որովհետև ինչպես բազմիցս Հասմիկ Պողոսյանն է իր նախարարությունը կարևորել հուշարձանների պահպանությամբ, ապա այս պարագայում այդ գործառույթը կցել վերոնշյալ կոմիտեին, կարծում եմ, հնարավոր է և տրամաբանական:

 

3. Հայտնի չէ, թե ինչպիսի լծակներ է օգտագործել ամենահայտնի նախարարներից մեկը՝ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը, բայց այն, որ մինչ այսօր նա իր աթոռին է, սա գործադիրում իրականացվելիք փոփոխությունների ֆոնին մի մեծ բիծ է: Ամենաշատը փոփոխության՝ այն էլ կադրային, կարիք ունի հենց ԱԳՆ-ն, քանի որ վերջին դեպքերը ևս մեկ անգամ պարզ դարձրին, որ դիվանագիտական բլոկում ունենք լուրջ խնդիրներ, իսկ խնդիրները լուծելու նպատակով «գլխից է պետք բռնել»:
