Կարեն Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Որքան հետևում եմ նորանշանակ վարչապետի գործողություններին, այնքան ավելի ու ավելի եմ համոզվում, որ այս ամենն ընդամնեը հերթական իմիտացի է, և այն հասրակության մի մասին հաջողվում է որպես բարեփոխում փաթեթավորել Կառավարությունում կադրային և կառուցվածքային արհեստական խառնաշփոթ ստեղծելով՝ մեկին վերցնելով, մեկ այլ գերատեսչության նախարար դարձնելով, մի վարչությունը մեկ այլ նախարարության կազմ մտցնելով կամ նախարարությունների գործունեության իմաստը կրճատող անուններ դնելով։
Բայց ամենաշռնդալից մասը շոուի «փոքր գողոթյունները» վերացնելու մասին վարչապետի հայտարարությունն էր։ Հիմա հարց՝ ի՞նչ արեղ վարչապետը բացի ևս մեկ անգամ պետական միջոցների մսխման և յուրացման մասին ասելով այն, ինչը շատ լավ գիտեն սահմանամերձ գյուզում ապրող հողագործից սկսած մինչև երկրի ամենաբարձ օղակներ, դպրոցահասակ երեխայից մինչև տարեց։ Ժողովուրդը լավ գիտի, որ իրեն թալանում են, իր ձեռքից իր բաժին հացն են խլել։ Ավելին ժողովուրդն աչքերը փակ գիտի, թե ովքեր են թալանչիները և ինչպես են նրանց այդ թալանն իրականացնում։ Իսկ վարչապետւ այս գողությունները վերացնելու վերաբերյալ այն ժամանակ անկեղծ ու ազնից կլիներ, եթե անուններ մատնանշեր, իսկ չի մատնանշել, քանի որ դրանք իր թիմակիցներն են։ Ահա, հենց այս պատճառով է, որ նորանշանակ վարչապետը չի բարեփոխելու ոչինչ և դրա կամքն ու ցանկությունն էլ չկա։
