  1. Ծիրան
    Տեսքը պետք է լինի միագույն, առանց նշանների և վնասվածքների: Փոքր ինչ կարմիր կամ դեղին երանգները չեն խանգարում:

Հիշե՛ք՝ ծիրանի մակերեսը պետք է ամբողջովին չոր լինի: Մաշկը չպետք է սեղմելուց փոխի իր ձևը:

  1. Սմբուկ
    Պետք է փայլուն և մուգ մանուշակագույն լինի: Այն չպետք է ճաքեր և մուգ կամ բաց գույնի նշաններ ունենա: Ցողունը պետք է կանաչ լինի:

Ընտրեք ավելի առաձգական, հարթ, միջին չափի և համեմատաբար ծանր սմբուկները:

  1. Ձմերուկ

Գծերը պետք է շատ հստակորեն առանձնացված լինեն, արմատը պետք է դեղնավուն և չոր լինի: Մակերեսի վրա չպետք է լինի ոչ մի ճաք, քերծվածք կամ անհարթություն:
Ընտրեք միջին չափի, պինդ և ծանր ձմերուկներ: Հասած ձմերուկը սեղմելու դեպքում ճաքում է:

  1. Սեխ

Սեխը պետք է կոպիտ և ծանր լինի և նուրբ բույր ունենա:

Հասած սեխին խփելիս խուլ ձայն է լսվում:

  1. Նուռ
    Նուռը պետք է կարմիր և փայլուն լինի՝ թեթև դեղին երանգով: Կեղևը չպետք է շատ չոր լինի: Այն պետք է չոր լինի և ոչ մի հոտ չունենա:

  2. Կարտոֆիլ
    Հարթ ուղիղ կեղև: Այն չպետք է շատ ճեղքեր, անցքեր կամ նշաններ ունենա: Ինչպես նաև այն չպետք է կանաչավուն երանգ ունենա: Միշտ ընտրեք միջին չափի, պինդ կարտոֆիլներ:

  3. Սալոր

Այն պետք է հարթ և միագույն լինի՝ առանց մուգ գույնի նշանների: Մաշկի վրայի թեթև խավը խոսում է այն մասին, որ միրգը նոր են քաղել:

  1. Վարունգ

Վարունգը պետք է վառ կանաչ լինի և բարակ կեղև ունենա:

  1. Լոլիկ

Լոլիկը պետք է վառ, փայլուն և բարակ մաշկ ունենա՝ առանց նշանների և կնճիռների: Այն պետք է հարուստ և հաճելի բույր ունենա: Հաստ մաշկը հուշում է, որ նրա մեջ շատ նիտրատներ կան:

  1. Սունկ

Վերին հատվածը պետք է սպիտակ, հարթ լինի և թեթևակի փայլի: Հիշե՛ք՝ ամենալավ սունկերը լինում են առաձգական և պինդ, ինչպես նաև իրենց հատուկ բույր ունեն:
