ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկն առաջինն էր Հայաստանում, որ իր հաճախորդ հանդիսացող ՓՄՁ ղեկավարների համար իրականացրեց բիզնես դասընթացներ՝ նպատակ ունենալով աջակցել Հայաստանում դրանց ավելի արդյունավետ կառավարմանը:

Այսօր արդեն Բանկի կողմից իրականացվող բիզնես դասընթացները բաց են մասնակցության ցանկություն ունեցող բոլոր փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների համար:

Մինչ օրս Բանկի կողմից իրականացված 36 բիզնես դասընթացներին, որոնց ընթացքում մասնակիցներին ներկայացվել են կազմակերպությունների արդյունավետ կառավարման, ֆինանսական կառավարման և գործնական մարքեթինգի վերաբերյալ թեմաներ, մասնակցել են ավելի քան 400 ձեռնարկատերեր և մենեջերներ՝ տարբեր ոլորտներում գործունեություն ծավալող շուրջ 250 կազմակերպություններից: Մասնակից կազմակերպությունների գործունեության ոլորտները ներառում են ծառայությունները, առևտուրը, արտադրությունը, գյուղատնտեսությունը և այլն:

Դասընթացների նյութերը Բանկը պատրաստել է՝ սերտորեն համագործակցելով Միջազգային ֆինանսական Կորպորացիայի (IFC) հետ, որի արդյունքում հաճախորդներին ներկայացվում են ամենաբարձր չափանիշներին համապատասխանող նյութեր՝ թրեյնինգների վարման ժամանակակից լավագույն մեթոդիկայով:
