Ավազակային հարձակում Արարատի մարզում. կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեականգործ՝ Նորամարգ գյուղում տեղի ունեցած ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի առթիվ: Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով ձերբակալվելէ:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2016թ. սեպտեմբերի 26-ին՝ ժամը 09:30-ի սահմաններում, առերևույթ հանցագործությունկատարած անձը, ուրիշի գույքը ավազակային հարձակմամբ հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ, մուտք է գործել Արարատիմարզի Նորամարգ գյուղում գտնվող խանութներից մեկը և առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելսեփականատիրոջ նկատմամբ:
Մասնավորապես՝ օղու շշով հարվածել է վերջինիս գլխին, ով սկսել է բղավել, ինչից հետոտղամարդը դիմել է փախուստի: Դեպքի առթիվ սեպտեմբերի 26-ին Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդհոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով: Նույն օրը խանութի սեփականատերը ճանաչվել է տուժող: Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձիինքնությունը, և նշված հանցագործությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է Արմավիրի մարզի Երասխահունգյուղի բնակիչ, 25-ամյա երիտա սարդ։
Վերջինս հարցաքննվել է և ցուցմունք տվել դեպքի շուրջ։ Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքիբոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ, նշանակվել էդատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։ Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրամեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի`օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
