Mnenra.ru կայքը գրում է, որ մարդու օրգանիզմը զարմանալի կերպով է կառուցված։ Մեր օրգանիզմում միաժամանակ տեղի են ունենում աննկարագրելի քանակի գործընթացներ։ Եվ եթե խափանում է տեղի ունենում, մենք պարտադիր ինչ-որ անսովոր բան ենք զգում։ Սակայն մեզնից շատերը դա անուշադրության են մատնում։ Իրականում, միշտ ավելի լավ և ավելի հեշտ է խնդիրը վերացնել հենց սկզբից, քան հետագայում պայքարել տարբեր բարդությունների դեմ։ Ինչ են նշանակում մեր օրգանիզմի նշանները։

3. Լնդերի արյունահոսություն։ Օրգանիզմը վիտամին C-ի պակաս ունի։ Այս վիտամինը պարունակում են սոխը, սխտորը, մրգերն ու բանջարեղենը։ Կարելի է նաև մասուրի կամ սոճու տերևների եփուկ խմել։

4. Վատ քուն և դյուրագրգռություն։ Այս նշանները խոսում են մագնեզիումի և կալիումի դեֆիցիտի մասին։ Այս միկրոէլեմենտները պարունակվում են ծիրանի չրի, սև սալորի, բազուկի, դեղձից պատրաստված թթու լավաշի մեջ։

5. Ջղաձգումներ գիշերվա ընթացքում։ Սա ևս խոսում է մագնեզիումի և կալիումի անբավարարության մասին։

6. Թեփոտ, չոր մաշկ արմունկի հատվածում։ Սա վիտամին A-ի և C-ի անբավարարության հստակ նշան է։ Այս վիտամինները պարունակվում են նարնջագույն բոլոր մրգերի և բանջարեղենի մեջ՝ գազար, դդում, լոլիկ, դեղձ, ծիրանի չիր։

8. Քաղցր ուտելու ցանկություն։ Կարող է խոսել գաստրիտների կամ լյարդի հետ կապված խնդիրների առկայության մասին։

9. Ոչ աղի և ոչ քաղցր բան ուտելու ցանկություն։ Այս նշանը ևս կարող է խոսել լյարդի հետ կապված խնդրի առկայության մասին։ Այսպիսի մթերքը կարող է օգնել հանգստացնել սպազմը և որովայնը:

10. Ուտելիքն անալի է թվում։ Հնարավոր է՝ ձեզ մոտ դեպրեսիա է։

11. Ուզում եք արևածաղիկ չրթել։  Օրգանիզմին չի բավարարում հակաօքսիդանտների քանակը։

12. Թթու ուտելու ցանկություն։ Օրգանիզմն ինքն է պահանջում այդպիսի մթերքներ, քանի որ նրան լյարդի և լեղապարկի գործունեության խթան է անհրաժեշտ։

13. Դառը ուտելու ցանկություն։ Կարող է խոսել աղեստամոքսային տրակտի խնդիրների մասին։

14. Կծու ուտելու ցանկություն։ Կծուն խթանում է նյութափոխանակությունը, սակայն պետք է օգտագործել չափով և ոչ սոված փորին։

15. Ծովամթերք ուտելու ցանկություն։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, խնդիրը յոդի պակասն է։
