«Հայկական ժամանակ». Իրանական գազի հետքը կառավարության հրաժարականում

«Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը իր հրաժարականի խոսքում անուղղակիորեն մատնացույց արեց «աշխարհաքաղաքական, արտաքին տնտեսական և ռազմական գործոններ»։ Ի՞նչ նկատի ուներ նախկին վարչապետը։ Այս հարցին պատասխանը ստանալու համար պետք է վերհիշել Աբրահամյանի վարչապետության շրջանը, մասնավորապես, թե նրա պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում արտաքին տնտեսական քաղաքականության մեջ ինչի վրա էր շեշտը դրված։ Եվ պետք է հաշվի առնել, թե ինչ աշխարհաքաղաքական և ռազմական համատեքստում նա հեռացավ։ Աբրահամյանի պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում առանձնակի ակտիվություն դրսևորվեց Հայաստան-Իրան հարաբերություններում, այն աստիճան, որ արդեն կարծիքներ էին հնչում, թե Հայաստանն ի վերջո որոշել է դիվերսիֆիկացնել իր էներգետիկ աղբյուրները և վերջ դնել Ռուսաստանից քառորդդարյա էներգետիկ միահեծան կախվածությանը։ Հայ-իրանական շփումների ակտիվացմանը մեծապես նպաստեց Իրանի դեմ միջազգային պատժամիջոցների վերացումը այս տարվա սկզբին։ Աբրահամյանի գխավորությամբ ՀՀ կառավարությունը փորձեց օգտագործել պատմական հնարավորությունը, թեկուզ փոքր ծավալներով և ժամանակավորապես բնակչության սպառման համար գազ գնել նաև Իրանից։ Իրանական գործոնը կառավարությունը սկսեց օգտագործել նաև ռուսական գազի գնի շուրջ բանակցություններում։
Ռուսաստանը, փաստորեն, առանց ավելորդ հիստերիայի վերցրեց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի կառավարության նետած ձեոնոցը, որոշ ժամանակ անց, սակայն, այդ կառավարությունը ցրվեց։ Պատկերն ամբողջացնելու համար հիշեցնենք, որ իր էներգետիկ աղբյուրները դիվերսիֆիկացնելու ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի դելիկատ աշխատանքների ընթացքում երկրի ներսում տեղի ունեցան ահաբեկչության մի քանի ձախողված, մեկ հաջողված փորձ, ապրիլյան պատերազմը և հուլիսի 17-ի ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավումը։ ՀՀ նոր կառավարությունը, որի ղեկավարը ճակատագրի հեգնանքով նշանակումից մեկ օր առաջ «Գազպրոմի» բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա էր, պետք է որ Իրանի հետ «էքսպերիմենտներից» հեռու մնա։ Այս առումով, սակայն, շատ ավելի կարևոր է, թե 2017 թվականի ընտրությունների արդյունքներով ինչպիսի կառավարություն կձևավորվի Հայաստանում՝ կառավարություն, որ կգործի հօգո՞ւտ, թե՞ ընդդեմ Հայաստանի էներգետիկ աղբյուրների դիվերսիֆիկացիայի»,–գրում է թերթը։
