«Վարչապետի և կառավարության փոփոխությունից հետո, ի պատասխան հարցադրումների, թե պաշտոնից հեռացած Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը, Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը, և մի շարք այլ ՀՀԿ-ականներ նեղացած են. ՀՀԿ-ականները հայտարարում են, որ ոչ մի նեղացած մարդ չկա և նման խնդիր էլ չկա: Ըստ որում, սա հայտարարվում է որպես դրական իրողությունների նշան, այսինքն իբրև թե ոչ մի նման խնդիր չկա: Իրականում սակայն, շատ վատ է, եթե ոչ մի նման խնդիր չկա: Նեղացածությունը տվյալ դեպքում իհարկե պետք է դիտարկել լայն կոնտեքստում, և ըստ էության որակել առավել չեզոք՝ դժգոհություն հասկացությամբ:
Եվ ուրեմն, շատ վատ է, եթե ՀՀԿ-ում կառավարության փոփոխությունից դժգոհներ չկան: Որովհետև իրավիճակը Հայաստանում վաղուց է շատ հստակ և հասկանալի. կամ պետք է դժգոհ լինի հասարակությունը, կամ պետք է դժգոհ լինի ՀՀԿ-ն:
Մինչև այսօր դժգոհ է եղել հասարակությունը: Եվ եթե սրանից հետո ՀՀԿ-ն դժգոհ չլինի, եթե ՀՀԿ-ն դժգոհ լինելու պատճառներ չունենա, եթե ՀՀԿ-ում բառի լայն, նեղ, բուն թե պատկերավոր իմաստով նեղացածներ չլինեն, ուրեմն դա նշանակում է, որ ոչ մի փոփոխություն էլ չի լինելու և դժգոհ շարունակելու է մնալ հասարակությունը, նեղացած շարունակելու է մնալ Հայաստանի քաղաքացին, կամ Հայաստանի քաղաքացին շարունակելու է դժգոհ ու նեղացած գնալ այս երկրից, պետությունից: Ամեն ինչ առավել քան հստակ է:
Այսպիսով, ՀՀԿ-ի դժգոհությունը ներկայիս՝ նոր կառավարության և վարչապետի գործունեության ինդիկատորն է: Դժգոհ է ՀՀԿ-ն, շահում է հասարակությունը, և հակառակը»,–գրում է թերթը։
